Made an appointment for 8 am today to get my brakes repaired. Got there on time but two men were in front of me. One asked for a simple oil change and the other asked for a tire. I asked before I left if it would take long because I had another engagement to attend. I was told it would not take long because I got it in early and had an appointment. I made a mistake by leaving because I believe it caused my repairs to be take longer. At 10:57 I called to check the status and my car had not even been looked at. At 11:08 I received a call about the cost. It was over $1000 but I was willing to pay for the repairs. I did inquire about the time it would take because my car had been there for awhile. Blake began to raise his voice and told me I could let them do it or not. So I went and got my car because why would I spend that much money at a place with poor customer service. When I arrived he became verbally aggressive with me and my mother and stated that we called him liars when we never said that. As I was leaving he was cursing and talking about me to a technician. I was honestly afraid that he would harm me due to his aggressive behavior and I’m glad I brought my mom back with me. Females beware. I will never take my car back to this place and I hope he changes his behavior because I know had I been a male he never would have behaved that way.

My weekend-day experience at Firestone of Center Point was just great. I was able to make an appointment online. Blake and his team cared for me, and I wasn't there long for a much-needed oil change. Blake is always pleasant, informative, and intelligent, and goes above and beyond to give superb customer service. Blake is professional customer service with a smile every time. I am thoroughly impressed with the professional service I get there every time. I have never met a family-oriented guy who makes you family when you walk in the door. I never mind spending my money where I am appreciated. Blake thank you for being a wanted store with great personality and business sense in our community. Firestone Corporate do not let him get away.

I explained to Blake, store manager that they did my oil change and did not reset my gauge for the oil change, which will affect my extended warranty. I asked for another oil change to updated. They told me they do not reset high end cars(BMW X6).What is the purpose of accepting cars if you are not able to perform all the work associated with it. Then I bought a full set of tires and when I went to pick up my car the tires were flat. I had to wait an extended amount of time to get that fix.

Last time I came here in July I had an appointment at 11 for a tire replacement and they pushed my appointment back so far into the afternoon to the point I had to go to Toyota down the street. Today I had an appoint at 7 and whoever the guy with key is was over an hour late. I don’t know why only one person has a key to the store that’s terrible for business. Don’t even know if the guy ever showed up I ended up leaving at 8:15 am because I had other things to do. Don’t come here

The staff was very friendly and had great customer service. The manager Blake even gave me recommendations on upcoming service needs that my vehicle needs. They finished the job in a timely manner and even had comfy seats to sit in and watch TV while I waited.

We were on a road trip with our family (two daughters 3 and 1.5) and we noticed our car battery was low/radio stopped working. We called and the manager said he’d look at it right away so we headed off course and he immediately looked at the car/ran tests - everything was fine thank God - but he didn’t even charge us and he prioritized us since we had our little kids with us who were antsy and bored! Amazing customer service and care!!!!!!
