Sorry to say First Choice Solar has not responded to any of our calls or texts. Except for the receptionist Amanda. She has been supportive and helpful as much as she could. That’s why I gave the one star. We just wanted service after the solar was put on our house. We spent a lot of money and this owner does not even respond to our calls. It’s like they take your money and run. My advice is do your homework if you want a good company that will support you with your solar. All we wanted was a follow up to see if the whole system is working properly.
So disappointing ?

Everything was great. I did have an issue with the electric company and not knowing that I was still on budget billing after switching over to Solar, but after that was resolved, everything turned out great. I would highly recommend them.
