Firstech did a great job removing my two under ground oil tanks. Ryan and his crew of two very professional men were on time friendly and did the job in one day from start to finish. Marilyn in the office was very helpful in getting the whole job started, I'll be sure to recommend them in the future !

I recently had an underground oil tank removed by Firstech and I am very satisfied with the entire process. From my first inquiry with Mindy, through the tank excavation with Ryan and Doug, everyone was very polite and professional. The estimate was completed quickly and accurately and all of my questions and concerns were pleasantly addressed by Mindy in a timely manner. Mindy and Sid were both great at reducing my anxiety concerning the process. On excavation day, Ryan and his team arrived on time and worked well in the narrow street and side yard taking care to protect the adjacent property and accommodate the neighbors' vehicles. Ryan seemed very skilled and comfortable at the excavation process and he completed the job faster than I anticipated. I was very pleased with the township's inspection and the final clean-up looked great. Firstech did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their environmental services.

Getting a Tank removal and going through Remediation is vey stressful. This was my second company. The first company was horrible. I called First tech for help. Sydney walked me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient and very kind. He took the time and explained everything which at times can be overwhelming. He always was available for any of my questions and phone calls. Jason was my project manager and also was great to deal with. I was moving and needed things done quickly and he came through big time!! Mindy was terrific also!!! Great Company!!!

I have already shared my thoughts on the Firsttech Website. In summary, Jason and Sid were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their sensitivity in interacting with us and explanation of the process of the removal of the oil tank while it was ongoing greatly reduced the anxiety and stress that my wife and I were experiencing. I have dealt with a lot of professional people in my career (I was an educational administrator, since retired), but they were two of the best I ever encountered.

I would like to let you know what an asset to your Company Mindy & Frankie are. From the first phone call to the last, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable.
What sold me on hiring your Company to remove my oil tank was the pictures on the internet showing how the tank is removed and the time frame in which it would be done.
The day of the tank removal went very smoothly and was professionally done by your tank technicians, Art and Dan. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and very professional and thorough.
We were overall extremely pleased with everyone involved in our tank removal.
We would HIGHLY recommend Firstech Environmental to anyone needing your services!!
In closing, as an added touch of 1st Class this Company is, I received a "thank you" gift in the mail. I can't say enough about your Company.

Because my son highly recommended Firstech Environmental, I used them to remove my oil tank. I was not disappointed. They arrived at the scheduled time. Dan and Nick reviewed the job with Dan removing the remaining oil in tank, then Nick began cutting up the tank. The pieces were put aside for inspection by town inspector. The area was left cleaned. Dan and Nick were professional in their job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent job, done on time, at very fair price and house and yard left looking like they had never been there.
