I would strongly advise anyone considering living in this community to think twice before committing. The HOA here is outrageously high compared to similar neighborhoods, and unfortunately the service does not justify the cost. The Customer service is frustratingly unresponsive-- Good Luck anyone responds to your questions, they will make you feel low and worst rethinking of your decision moving to the community and you cannot use your own community service gym and park without answering trivial questions and being nosing around as you are a suspect.
Save yourself extra headache (and extra money) as inflation is on rise here and look for better-run HOA. This one is not worth the stress. (I have never been negative but this has turned into frustration).

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

The Lake House is part of the amenities for residents of FishHawk Ranch West. It overlooks Hutto Lake.

There are three buildings, an outdoor playground for children, and a fir pit. The main building has nice indoor seating areas and a front porch with high rise tables, and rocking chairs. Another building houses a billiard and ping pong table. The third build has an array of exercise equipment.

Nice place to relax. Fun playground. Very nice common areas open all the time and available to reserve. Beautiful trail around the lake. Gym is nice, though sparse. Dumbbells and cardio machines.

Nice amenity to the subdivision. Gym could use more weight equipment. Community Center is nice and the outdoor fire pit is lovely at night. There's also a woodland looking playground nearby which the kids love.

I think this private community is great, and very well designed. The lake house look great and cozy with a few game tables. The gym is clean, and safe with very nice equipment.

I say it's a little piece of heaven on earth. It offers residents a place of tranquility. It has a house where you can celebrate a special occasion, gym, games, playground and a spectacular view.
