Neil is a very nice person and was very straightforward and easy to deal with when making reservations. We rented a time block in the Warrior and it was easy to take charge of for our time. All the required paperwork, documents, POH, avionics manuals in one bag, the plane had plenty of oil and supplies that were provided so we could focus on flying. Aircraft was in great condition mechanically and any maintenance issues that arose, Neil was always available to take our call and fixed things promptly. Unlike other operators, we never felt uneasy or unsafe here.

These rental rates, especially the split rates are the best in the country and fuel in the area is cheap compared to national averages. You would be cheating yourself and your aviation goals if you did not come here.

Had a buddy that rented here prior. We did a block together and had a great experience. Great way to build time at a very reasonable rate. Got in a MX pinch and Neil had the part flown in for us. Easy to work with, plane was in good shape and had a good avionics set up. Perfect place to get your hours quick.

Rented the c150 from Neil and had the best time in it! The plane is in great condition and we flew it all over the south east. I’d 10/10 rent again and Neil was quick to help with any issues if they arose!

Neil fixed anything promptly in the 300 hour block I got. Very laid back and can’t beat the prices. Would definitely rent another block again and recommend to anyone looking to build time fast. You will be expected to average 6 hours a day so clear your schedule before investing because it’s truly a full time job to stay on pace.

I booked 75 hours with FTB and I really recommend it 100%. Very good prices compare to other schools! Neil is a very nice guy and any time I had a problem or inconvenience he was always there to help. I met really nice people there who taught me a lot and I am very thankful for that. It was my first time flying in the US and it was an incredible experience. I will come back someday!

Just finished up a 600 hour block with the PA38 and it was a flawless experience. Neil and his team are great and ready to assist with any problems that may arise. He takes care of all the maintenance and is only a phone call away if needed. I even was able to learn a few new things watching them do the 100 hour inspections! The airplane itself is well equipped and flew very well. The pricing is the lowest you will find. The entire process was a great experience, and if I could do it over again I absolutely would! Thank you Neil and team for making time building affordable and attainable!

Highly recommended. I had the opportunity to build 94 hours in 10 days! I could have done it quicker but I took a day off and another where I chose to only fly a little. The Piper Tomahawk was a pleasure to fly and it got attention from other pilots because of how rare it is. The rental price is decent and was even provided all the oil I needed for the aircraft. I even got to see a rocket launch while flying!!! I would definitely be sending friends here for time building! ?

Great place to rent and build time. Neil has been great to us from the start. We have rented multiple blocks (2 50’s and 1 100 HR block) and they’ve all been fantastic. Planes are in good shape and have everything you need avionics wise. Definitely recommend renting here if you need to build time fast
