Worst experience ever. What a complete jerk. I would never want to do any kind of business with someone who treats their customers with such disdain. Young, disrespectful, and there isn’t a chance I’d let him have a dollar of my hard earned money. Check my reviews. There’s hundreds and maybe 1 or 2 with low ratings. I try to report the good in the community but no one wants this coming to their house and making them feel like this. Honestly, if they called me and offered it for free, I’d hate to see it and be reminded of their employee. Literally treated me like garbage. Completely forgetting that he’s the one selling the service (that plenty of other companies provide) updating this to say that my Google account does not reflect the name that would be linked to an email that would be used for personal services. My husband would manage that. What I experience though is my own. I am the one that opens the door, has the conversations, and manages the work that happens in the home. Sorry you cannot find my info but this account is a very effective way for me to have a voice. FE, you need to make sure your employees represent you better. My experience was completely uncalled for.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! I have all my original documents. I signed a lease for the original 18 panels. The work was completed and then I asked for 9 more panels to cover my whole roof to make it look even. I was told by my salesman that the new loan agreement (which was with a different company) was for the original 18 + 9 new panels. I signed the new documents and then discovered it was a lie! The original loan supposedly timed out AFTER they did the installation and the new loan for more money only covered the original 18 panels. No one would help me resolve this issue. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I recently met with the representative from Flo Energy. He explained the solar leasing program. It was a very positive experience. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I don’t see a downside to the program. It reduces my electric bill considerably and doesn’t cost me anything. The young man who initially came to my door was an incredible young man, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I commend this company for hiring such amazing individuals.

Company was very quick and efficient. No messes of any kind was left behind. We even had a new roof put on. They got the solar top on in half a day and no tree cutting!!!! Wow, these people are wonderful.

My mom had some panels installed about two or three months ago(beginning of hurricane season) but we haven't heard anything from them since. Not long after they were installed we had some heavy rain, Debby I think, and now we have a pretty bad leak in one of the bedrooms right below one of the panels. She's tried calling and has left several messages to get this issue resolved but has yet to get a single call back. Now we have a hurricane approaching with no means of keeping the power on and risk more water damage. I just tried calling myself and got no answer. We are not happy with our choice of this company, especially when they ignored our 3 prominently displayed No Soliciting signs to get us to sign up in the first place. We took a chance and are now getting screwed.

Very wonderful staff to deal with and you get all your questions answered. My bill will go down dramatically and I'm leasing them my roof for the panels, so no money paid out. I would highly recommended asking for Alex Alverez, who is very knowledgeable about the entire process.

Friendly and respectful. 10/10 these guys went above and beyond. I had some shingles missing from my roof and they went to Home Depot, bought a tarp (that matched the color of my roof) and nailed it down for me until I can get it fixed. They were quick and efficient. Really knew what they were doing.

I received great service. They showed up and started working around 8am and I was told it would take most of the day, but they were finished by 2pm. Everything looks great and I'm happy with the overall experience. They also removed an existing pool heater that was on top of the roof already!!
