I’ve had nothing but problems with Flood Brothers Disposal. They bill me on a weekly basis instead of a consistent monthly date, making it impossible to keep track. Even worse, I have them on autopay directly from my bank, but they keep changing the billing cycle, which leads to extra fees.

On top of that, they seem to find any excuse to tack on charges—if my garbage can is even slightly open, they add a fee. And the service itself is just as frustrating. On multiple occasions, the driver has left my containers directly in front of my business door, claiming they “fell off” by themselves. This has caused major inconvenience for me and my customers.

And of course, they’re constantly raising their rates with no real explanation. At one point, I had a balance because of their own billing issues, and they actually sent a “big boy” with an attitude to my business, like that was going to intimidate me. Let’s just say it was hilarious when I kicked him out.

Bottom line: This company is a joke. Overpriced, disorganized, and a total headache to deal with. Avoid them if you can!

Did not receive my refund in a timely manner. I moved in mid billing cycle with last pick up on July 1. I called 8/20 to ask about my refund. I was told 6-8 weeks. I called 9/6 and was told 8-12 weeks. I called 10/16 was told I would be called back. was not called back. I called 10/17 & told supervisor would be messaged again. I was called back and said I would receive the check next week. I called 10/29 0900 because still no refund & was told the supervisor will call me back. 0918 I left message with supervisor. 0945 I was told they can not control the post office and I would have to wait on the mail. 11/07 I called and was told that a message was being sent to the Manager. I was called back and told the check was being sent out today. 11/18 check was received with a post date of 11/12, check dated 11/06. 5 months to wait for money owed to me. I feel they intentionally withheld my money in the hopes I would forget or stop requesting. No
complaints about the actual pickup service. Accounting and administration are bad.

If I could give a negative review I would. I would consider not using flood brothers ever. They don't stand by what they preach. Back in November the garbage man crushed my personal trash can with only sticks in it and they refused to respond to my emails, requests for a call back on a resolution and then ultimately refused to pay $40 to have it replaced or deduct it from my bill. It took over 2 months for any type of correspondence. Horrible customer service and dismissive of any responsibility for their employees!

Good luck discount from them. I never been i have to fight to get ready of service I never used. And they keep sending bills and they charge 100% interest on every on paid bills. This is the biggest scam company i ever deal with if you new don't bother to work with them it's a waste of time to try to fight over the phone.

After many phone calls, emails, a salesman showing up and interrupting the business, a certified letter, and over one thousand dollars, I still have dumpster on my property. And am still being charged! How do I get rid of this rude company?

The billing department sucks. I’ve been using them for almost 5 years and Flood Brothers still don’t have my information right. I request to get my bills sent through email because they weren’t sending my bills to me... I even called back in July to confirm why I wasn’t getting any bills and to give them my email address again.. For over 8 months I still received nothing until today. Their excuse that they gave me today was they had my email address wrong but they were able to send me a message out today… Not only this company is horrible about sending out bills, but they’re also horrible of giving out excuses..

The worst company i ever dealt with in my entire bussines life. I have owned multiple businesses , and i have never came across a company like flood brothers.
it got to a point were their receptionist or call answering services mocking my voice and the way i talk...
I'v signed up with them about a month ago, firt time they came in , they never picked up the carbage as they supposed to,
i have called them for an extra pick up , using the same container that they had supplied us with for our semi monthley pick up,..
I was shock when i received their invoice that has an outrageous charge for that extra pick up for $660.00 ,
my monthley charges that i signed up for was $67 a month for 2 pick up a month......

this was never comunicated to me that an extra pick up will cost this much,
i caaled them to discuss that , and i was mocked for even trying to understand this charge and how they came up with this price ...I tryed to get in contact with the sales Rep, the receptionist refused to conect me with them or even give me a direct phone number
if there was a negative 10 stars, i would defintly rate them even below that...

i am hoping that everyone read this reveiw before they get stuck with a scam company like this.....

Worst company ever! They have some nasty representatives who answer the phones with zero customer service skills. They keep claiming the trash is frozen and won’t empty it. No wonder their rating is trash
