I was contacted by this company about helping me save money on my electric bill. They explain the process to me and how going solar could help me and my family pay a much lower rate. Since we're on a fixed budget and it didn't cost us anything out of pocket, it seems like the best solution to our high electric bill. I'm so impressed with this company and it's engineers, directors and customer service! They are so knowledgable and friendly! A gives you a complementary "0" cost, clean energy report based off of your electric consumption that shows you how much money you can save and how much you are giving away to the utility company! Really impressive and professionally presented in a virtual setting so you don't even have to have anyone in your home! Getting solar panels from this company is the greatest regret of my adult life. I got my panels the end of 2022 and I have had an electric bill THE ENTIRE TIME. My bill is about $50 cheaper and the bill for my panels is over 2 hundred! Then they told us if we got a bill to call them and they’ll cover it. No call back. Then I called to see if maybe there is something wrong with the panels… no call back. Then they told be I would be getting a cash back tax credit and when it never came I called AGAIN and you guessed it I never heard back! This company is a scam and I wish I never answered the door. I’m excited to see if this review will finally get me a call back after a whole year. So yea I give 0 stars.

My wife and I sat through the process. Every step we were reassured by Larry Golden that the papers we were signing in no way contractually obligated us in any way. We decided not to do anything at this juncture. We even called the office a few times and left a message just reiterating that we were not interested and nobody called us back. Thought that was the end of it. A YEAR LATER I get a call from Sergio who tells me he wants to talk about getting the project started. I WAS LIKE.....WHAT!!!!!
I told him we aren't doing solar. He said he has a signed contract. It was the paperwork that Larry golden ASSURED my wife and I would in no way contractually obligated us to anything. It was supposed to be to just get numbers for the project. Now we are getting bills for cancellation of a project we didn't authorize and today we get a letter from David Kozlowski threatening legal action for something we were assured we would be in no way contractually obligated for by rep Larry golden. Not sure how they are able to do this but beware of these people, they will obviously lie to get a job or contract that they can bill you for cancelling even though they use the same material on every job
