Jeff came to my house to represent the company. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeff did an awesome job representing FECA. He gave me a lot of information to thank about. Some that I already knew and some that I wasn't aware of (including some news I was not happy about~that had nothing to do with them but with the purchase of my house). The company seems to be run very honest and competitive in pricing as well. They sincerely care about helping people save money with their electric bill more then they care about profit which is something businesses don't seem to do today. Their reputation is to be respected on how the president (Richard whom I got to speak on the phone with personally) runs the company. I would definitely recommend using them and although I was not able to put in the insulation at the immediate moment, I am looking into doing so using this company. I trust that they will not only save me money in the future but do the job right as well.

I received a door tag for an Energy Audit for which I made an appointment. My house had been hot upstairs and no other tradesman could figure it out. My newborn son's room is upstairs and it was more than uncomfortable. So, they sent out an advisor, he scientifically explained to me why it was hot upstairs after a thorough examination of my home. He was smart, professional and articulate and I was impressed with his knowledge of home energy efficiency. He pointed out multiple ways I can improve my energy costs myself and offered me an option to have Radiant Barrier installed. He said that I had adequate insulation and that he thought the Radiant Barrier would be the answer. My second floor is now as cool as the rest of the house and it was a reasonable investment. I, personally, thought the installation was going to be complex but the technicians were here for a half a day and they were very professional. I also had interaction with the administrative staff and they were able to work around my travel schedule.
Overall, this place was a pleasure to interact with .... they went above and beyond and I am very happy.... highly recommend!

The guy on the phone was very professional and was very clear about the product, prices and time the blown in insulation job would take place. They came exacly at the scheduled time.
They were fast, efficient, friendly and clean. I was sent pictures of work performed and called me the day after to ensure I was satisfied. Nothing to complain about. 5 stars.

Called Steven at Florida Energy Conservation Advisors, and he was able to accommodate my work schedule and I was "insulated" within days of my initial phone call. He made it a pleasant process, and when Johnathan and Jared showed up on time, they were friendly, smiling fellows who were patient to listen to me, inform me of what was going on and what they were doing, and got the job done quickly! I was very pleased with them and the whole process, but delayed in writing the review to see what difference it made, which only time can reveal. I'm happy to report that my AC is cycling much less frequently, and the house is remaining much cooler, and my electric bill dropped with less than 2 weeks of electric with the insulation in - that's a great start, and I'm actually looking forward to a full month's bill with anticipation to really see what my savings is. Everyone I spoke to at Florida Energy Conservation Advisors was friendly, easygoing, and informative...and I felt the price was very affordable.

Was not impressed with the babbling of non important issues that had nothing to do with saving energy. Cleaning and painting back side of the home.
We are disabled folks who can't get on a ladder. I would surely like him to volunteer his time to do it for free. Not important issue front of home is beautiful. Just high pressure sales to buy window tint. Which probably works, but not for someone on a fixed income who can't afford it. Buyer Beware. Any window tint would work to save energy in my opinion. Told me my insulation was no good to sell me his. We have had 2 feet up there for years saving money on electric along with an energy efficient A/C Heat Pump. Which he didn't think we had. We have been saving $$ here for many years.

This company had some useful information to offer. Understand it is a thinly vieled attempt to sell energy saving products at expensive prices. The guy who visited me wanted to sell me window film at $14 sq ft. Other local companies offer similar film - installed - beginning at $5 sq ft. He had no references to offer: "I don't keep track of that information".....tells me he does not have a lot of satisfied customers. When I would not make a decision right then and there on the spot....he stomped out without so much as a 'good-bye'. Just understand these guys are SALESMEN first and foremost....and the same products can be had at less than HALF the cost.....Buyer Beware!

Liars. They went in my attic and lied about how much insulation I had. Said I only had 4" and it was illegal and we couldn't sell the house. Very pushy and slime ball sales tactics. He didn't figure I was smart enough to measure myself and we have at least 13" of insulation. Dont trust them ever!!
