Florida Solar and Air now known as Florida Home360 Did our roof, hurricane impact windows, and garage door 4 1/2 years ago. It does not appear I gave them a review when the work was initially done so here it is. They are efficient and professional. The quality of work is exceptional. It’s been almost 5 years and we are extremely happy with the work that they’ve done for us. They were out to our house today for a minor warranty repair on our sliding door (first time ever since installation). I contacted them two days ago and they had a tech out here this morning. They were here on time and completed the repair within minutes. We have consistently been impressed and are grateful we chose them to do the work on our home. We highly recommend Florida Home360.

FS & Air came out. Did a fantastic job. The PM Antonio Fernandez, provided timely updates, accepted my call anytime day or night no matter the reason. Answered all my concerns. Explained any issues and made sure any changes to the project was addressed, discussed and approved by me.
I will say the office was also on point with calling and keeping me posted.

Vince was amazing. He walked us through everything and explained the entire process. Vince was available any time of day with answers to my questions. Vince gave me the he confidence to make a decision to purchase the windows and doors during our first meeting. Jessica was very thorough working with my HOA and getting the permit. Elgiz made sure we were prepared for the installation. David installed the windows and was extremely efficient and careful. Elias, the project coordinator, was on scene every day and helped us with any questions we had. We are beyond happy and satisfied with how everything went. And we love the windows and doors.

I am really happy with my experience with Florida Solar & Air. The guys were professional and trustworthy. A couple things got broken but they were replaced and I am being reimbursed for a cracked window (an older one where they had replaced some window sills separate from the windows that were replaced.

Anyway, they are a trustworthy company. They have an A+ rating with the BBB. That means a lot to me. I really love the look and maneuverability of my new windows and front door.

Thanks so much to Jaime who is an incredible project manager. He made sure everything was done right and and helped it along as well. He is so kind and professional. He is a very nice guy. Thank you to Marla for planning out the visits from the installers. By the way, they are always punctual. I have never seen with the amount of people and coordination...that everything was on time. When they say they will call or be at your house, they will.

It started off good and then they wanted to come back at me for another 5k. Went back and forth and finally got that straight. Next they were suppose to tarp the roof and didn’t. Got that corrected. Now the roof people were here and there was some issues with prior supplies I wanted saved from tarping some spots prior to them coming. There was several things they damaged and corrected but the did not and stated they would make it right and hasn’t. My driveway is different style and it did have a couple cracks in it. Their heavy dump truck caused more cracks and the guys throwing the old roof pieces down would sometimes miss the truck and hit the driveway and cause damage. Due to the fact that they would have to fix it (only what they broke) and stated to me they would, after knowing they would have to match the color and tile of driveway, they sent email saying they are not fixing it and that contract says they don’t have to fix anything they damage. For the money paid on this project, I expected things to be top notch and it certainly was not. I would not use this company again for any other home projects.

Florida Home 360 is on another level of knowledgeable, professional and proactive staff members. Vince truly explained and truly knows the industry standards, the only high quality product that used and most importantly the process of what home owners endure in this process. Being diligent homeowners, we did our research prior. In fact, we thought we were experts until we had meet the incredible and knowledgeable Vince at Florida Home 360. We learned more than we imagined. We had a quote from another company and was told to research where the product originated from and this was sealed the deal in moving forward with Florida Home 360. Many local installers are using products from Columbia and China and consumers are not aware that their product is currently going into a lawsuit due to the lack of transparency on the poor Hurricane level of impact protection. In my eyes product quality can’t be compromised when protecting a home. Being a proactive company is so hard to obtain, they have already taken care of my HOA approval documents and set appointments to expedite the process. Thus far, it has been so much easier than I had expected and experienced with other companies. Beyond recommend Florida Home 360!!!
