Unable to speak with a live person. Received a suspicious email, possible scam. Even the phone prompts at FPL kept saying I needed to respond with a voice prompt or pressing number on phone. Would not recognize anything I did. Very unacceptable how we are forced into this way of technology and unable to speak with a live person! Spent 30 minutes with this and got no where!

It was just about the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I was trying to get information on their Solar program, but speaking with anyone about it is impossible. But they don't have to do anything about it, being a complete monopoly.

It make take awhile to get an electric connection in Palm City, in my case it was 2 years for the design phase. I nearly lost my business looking at an empty warehouse. Then the parts weren't available for the plans so a senior FPL engineer stepped in and re-did the plans while I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes. But once the design is finished and the job released to the crews it goes fast. The lineman are very professional and serious, and the ground splicing and installation crew were great. They answered a bunch of my questions and did a great job. They even flattened out the dirt they disturbed before leaving and smoothed it all out.

What’s up with FPL? I would give them a zero if I could. I called customer Service and can’t get past the bots to talk to a real person. I called several different numbers and keep getting dumped into the automated system. Ridiculous.

No human available....issue reported online over 1 month ago and getting worse... now it said my claim has been closed, but when I clicked on it, it said it is still pending. Not satisfied at all!

After over an hour finally got a group of folks who actually worked with me and I think issue has been resolved…even got names and number to call back…changing review to 4 stars….front service folks very polite and helped me tremendously …. service crew on site within 5 minutes of my call…excellent!

The automated system is absolutely disfuntional.Try to communicate with the automated system or talking to a person is almost impossible.BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES- BAD COMMUNICATION...
