The worst power company I've ever dealt with in my life.... Not only does Florida power and electric have no sense of an emergency or breaking other people's things between me and my neighbor they knocked out their sewer for 5 days and are hot water for four and tried not to pay for it.... Not only did it take a long time but we had to come out of pocket,, and didn't even get reimbursed for the full amount. Cheap liars who do the minimal for the people they should be doing the most for.... There's over 1600 houses where I live and there are ponds everywhere you don't drive a 20,000 lb truck over there it's not rocket science if you broken something twice in 2 months it's really starting to make me think if the Florida power and electric is putting something in the water to make them not be able to think at work...

I wish I could have left zero star. Had a delivery for this facility and it seem like they took a break every half hour. It took over 6 hours for them to offload 1 palette. The worst delivery and receiving I have ever experienced.

My feeling is very clear in my mind. #1 is that I do not condone monopolies.

Are you at the top aware how your agents who handle phone calls respond to your customers?

#1 when you did not pay your bill on time it is either a mistake or they do not have the money. Your rude man who handle all the questions like a like a nasty thug on Front and Grunt Street in any low class area of a major city is rude at best.

Honestly I have lived of most of the cities on the East Coast and NEVER have seen or met an organization like yours. You degrade the word SERVICE.

In my business which is Real Estate I tithe a certain amount money from my commissions to help who need help. Since I lost my teen daughter to cancer I focused on families with a child with cancer.

I shudder to even think that someone would have an ill child and could not pay their electric bill on time. Bam....service is off......the child's comfort and life is at risk and it is YOUR fault.

NEVER have I been spoken to by your person who threatened my service in such a nasty and condescending way.

There must be rules in your industry so I will look for your industry Principles and Practices and see what can be done about this issue.

I saw this beauty from the MCO airport. Caught my eye immediately. The pearly white of the silos contrasted the dark and looming sky in the background with a blanketing hue of blue radiance. It also produces some great potions being that it is the largest cauldron in the area. Gift shop 10/10. A traveling must on the bucket list after Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade.

Most horrible company I have ever had to deal with! I pay my bill on time all the time and I currently have be taken out of work due. While waiting on disability to kick in they refuse to help me. I asked to pay my bill 4 days after the automated extension gave me because it did not allow me to pick a day and they refuse to help. So now I will be without electric for 4 days until I get paid. Every other company I called was willing to help and give me till the disability kicked in! Merry Christmas to my family! Thanks FPL FOR nothing!

Wow talk about uneducated people!
1st for every kilowatt off solar energy produced you have to have the same output in fossil fuel plant!
2nd Solar is highly subsidised. It would never make it on its own!

And for those of you that are scared of the radiation boogie man! Don't ever go around antiques, microwaves!

Spent fuel, well you can thank Obama fit screwing the nuclear power industry over. We all are now paying through the federal government ( Your Taxes ) to safely store spent fuel on site.

If you don't like living near a nuclear site, go try beside a windmill or the middle of a solar farm
