I wonder when consumers have such a bad history with the company that we cannot leave 0 stars. This seems like we almost have to approve of them in some fashion.

We got a Florida Solar system years ago. We had them out so many times the neighbors had to ask what we were doing? So many ways in which this was done incorrectly, that I have to say we ripped out the installation (at our expense) and I will never embark in solar again due to the constant leaks, glycol disappearing in a closed system but no leak could ever be found. The techs were a pleasant but in the end the product NEVER worked as advertised.
Yes, this was years ago, but I recently stumbled across my final bill with them. Just wanted to make sure that I helped them out as I promised I would on the final invoice. We had to tell them SEVERAL times to stop calling - we already had been fleeced.

And in case the owner wants to comment, that's fine - but I will always remember Fla Solar and I have done my best to let folks know which companies I have had good times with and which ones left me with a huge expense. Yes so much so that I still let people know YEARS down the line. I am sure that there are positive reviews, but I cannot understand why this was such a train wreck.

Outstanding service! Professional, personal and friendly. My system is ten years old and never had a problem just a minor leak. Not bad for a ten year old system. I wish I could say the same for all the other pool equipment at my house. Compared to everything else Solar East Solar bags have worked flawlessly. Thank you for the prompt service call!

I have a 10-year-old pool solar system that needed maintenance I had Florida solar East to come out they did a maintenance and also informed me that some of my panels needed to be replaced and they were still under warranty so I was able to get three new panels and only charge for labor which was a reasonable rate I would highly recommend Florida solar East
