Entire experience has been exceptional. Starting with owner Bill Park providing initial inspection for project details and quote (vetted 3 outfits for solar pool heater for 22,000 gal pool) for this project. Megan Zoss , office manager followed up with calls to review contract, provide virtual schematic for final install on google earth imagery, and scheduling install date.

Installers Mike and Arestis arrived on time reviewed install plans and labored efficiently and effortlessly in extreme heat conditions to provide a beautiful and high quality installation in a timely manner with attention to details on placement, plumbing, electrical and even aesthetics such as spray painting white PVC connectors to blend in with black shingles on roof.
Final product is very desirable, low profile , neat and aesthetically pleasing.
Will be able to provide details on functionality come Jan/Feb as pool temp currently without input from system is 89 deg.
Water temp coming from system yesterday at startup was 119 deg, system is currently in standby mode.

Overall exceptional experience so far, can recommend without hesitation.

Having to replace an old gas pool heater, we chose Florida Solar to install an OmniSwim solar heat pump hybrid. Kevin & Mike did an excellent job installing the unit and explaining the operation of the heater. Kevin also reconfigured our variable speed pool pump, working late into the evening making sure everything was working properly. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Great company.

Bill, the owner, was very professional and came quickly for an estimate. Work was performed less than 2 weeks after the estimate! Mike and Kevin did a great job with the install and Kevin’s assessment of existing piping and filter replacement were greatly appreciated. So now I not only have new solar panels to heat my pool, I have a better, updated, filtration system. Very pleased so far seeing the water temp go up 8 degrees in a matter of a few days. Looking forward to getting more use out of my pool this year!

Excellent people to do business with! The quote was competitive and Bill is extremely knowledgeable in the pool heating arena. Had an existing solar pool heating system but wanted to extend our pool season into the fall and winter months so installed hybrid heat pump. Installers knew what they were doing, were quick and left the site looking good. The unit did not work correctly when they finished and assured me a factory technician would be out the next day. He was here first thing in the morning and replaced a transformer in the unit that was not working. Megan was great at her follow up and resolving a couple of minor issues for me quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Florida Solar for your pool heating needs.

I had scheduled a new roof replacement so needed my 9 solar pool panels removed, staged and after roof replaced reinstalled. During solar pool panel removal the technician Kevin suggested when reinstalled a different layout on roof reducing the amount of piping and capturing more sun. Days later during the reinstall Kevin reduced the amount of piping and changed the layout to better heat the pool. The new solar panels layout themselves look so much better and the quality of work was awesome, I would like to thank Florida Solar and especially Kevin for his dedication and hard work. It was very obvious that Kevin had very good customer service. If I ever need solar again its Florida Solar for me.....

Working with Florida Solar was a stellar experience. From the first call I made to the completed installation of our pool solar the service, the communication and installation was professional, courteous and responsive. Bill has a great team. Megan in the office was very professional, friendly and responded in a timely manner to all our questions and concerns. TJ and crew did the install and they we excellent, On time, Polite and demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of what they were doing. When they left , other than the new equipment , we did not know they were there. No clean up required after. I can't recommend them enough.

Bought a house that had Florida Solar for the pool already. Was so easy to add the regular solar panels. Any time I had a question Meghan got back to me asap. When the roofers broke a piece of the pool heater equipment, they gave me options and found the perfect solution without costing alot.
