This office is wonderful! Dr Ryann is a master of her craft and listens to all of my questions and concerns. She makes sure I’m comfortable throughout my appointments along with her assistants that have all seemed to be very kind and knowledgeable themselves. The girls at the front desk have helped me better understand my insurance coverage because it can be frustrating at times. The hygienists have the best tips and tricks for keeping my mouth clean. When I first came in I had 2 pockets that were 5s but now I have all 2s and 3s! I’m so happy that I found them.

When I first started my dental treatment here I had nothing but good reviews for this business. However, since my original dentist left this practice my experience with this office has gone downhill fast.
First, It was my misunderstanding that my dentist was Dr. Ryan when it was Dr. Annie. She was the best in every aspect concerning my dental care. Once she left I was assigned to Dr. Ryan, whom I thought was my dentist name.
Dr. Ryan was the worst dentist I’ve ever had in all my adult life. She didn’t not listen to my concerns regarding my dentures. Nor did she care about my level of pain the dentures was causing.
Grace the office manager assured me she was mailing refund check to my insurance company the day I returned their product to them. To date I have yet to receive any part of my refund for the dentures and bottom partial I returned over a month ago.
I have no teeth and unable to move forward with another dentist until refund is credited.
May I add my dental process with Floss Dental Care began, April 2023. It is now 3 weeks from the new year 2025.

Not only was the service provide exceptional, but the staff was knowledgeable, compassionate and competent. The office space and treatment area was clean, orderly and family friendly. I would and have recommended Floss Dental Care and Dr. Maloney to family and friends. PS: my procedure was as painless as an extraction can get. I found Dr. Maloney and her assistant Dawn to be both professional and excellent at eliminating my anxiety with my procedure and demonstrating their skill confidence. In other words, for me, my experience at the Dentist Rock!!!!!

I want all potential patients to know that you will be taken care of as though you are the only patient. I highly recommend Floss! I felt so welcome from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The front desk was so joyfully kind. After a short wait, the assistant and hygienist welcomed me and explained to me in detail what procedures were going to occur. They both comforted me so much that I was relaxed before Dr. Maloney even started on me. Dr Maloney was so kind and comforting every time I saw her. She led me through a months long process of teeth removal and full dentures top and bottom. She informed me from day one in detail the whole process. She was so kind in talking me through every step of the way. I now have a smile like never before and am constantly being complemented. I highly recommend Floss dental care and especially Dr. Maloney

I suffer from anxiety, And I am truly afraid of the dentist. I have been pleasantly surprisingly Please with the Care they also work with You're insurance company. I am so afraid of the dentist even when I'm numb.I can hearit's through my jaws of what's going on, And they take the time to pause and allow me time to regroup. The team is so polite and kind if you want to be treated like a person that pays money.

I love this office. They were able to move my appointment to a sooner date to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Ryann Maloney is very sweet. I’ve been seeing her for a couple years now and she’s taken great care of me and my elderly mom.

This office is a great find! I’m a nervous wreck at the dentist but these ladies have a way of making me feel comfortable when I’m there. Dr Ryann is my dr and she always asks if I feel comfortable throughout any procedure I get done. Jessica is my hygienist. She is gentle, knowledgeable, and easy on the eyes. The assistants are all great and work with the dr like a well oiled machine. They seem very busy but Ive put myself on a short notice list a few times and have gotten in sooner that way.
