We used Flotech to help us manage storm water drainage issues at one of our investment properties were the parking lot in the building would constantly flood. With their advanced high-tech capabilities they were able to fix all of our issues for significantly less than other service providers. I worked directly with Luis Horace Ferre who took extra care to make sure that all issues were properly addressed, taking care to explain every remedy in detail. He even offered to give me a tour of the local storm water drainage systems, giving a VIP feel to the experience. On the day the work was complete he went for splash into our storm drains just to show me how passionate and knowledgeable he is about drainage systems. I highly recommend Flotech environmental and encourage you to reach out to Luis!

A Flotech truck was checking the storm drains and retention ponds in our Orlando neighborhood and just left his truck near the middle of the road and facing oncoming traffic for 10 minutes. My neighbor asked him about it and he dismissed him and told him to call number on the truck if he wanted to complain. Very unprofessional and rude, not to mention the illegality of his driving/parking. Can’t speak to their service proficiency but their customer service gets an F.

FloTec Environmental was contacted and hired to clean a storm sewer street drain. Chris Spear, Project Manager responded immediately, provided an estimate and in just a few days, the FloTec crew was on site and successfully completed the project. Several additional problems were detected and corrected while the work was being done. As a result of the interaction we had, we can highly recommend this company.
