Their weights are always off. I was told "we're weighing the 1/8th differently" but that's not how weight/mass works lol. The last 3 carts I got were broken or lower than they should have been.

Save your time and money and go to Muv in Port Richey on US19. Friendlier, and better quality.

I’ve been a customer for years, but recently noticed the decline in customer service, and quality of flower. When visiting fluent in the drive thru, I experienced a very weird interaction with the red headed lady. From start to finish she did not say one word to me, which I thought was extremely disturbing given the fact that I’m coming there to pick up my RX. She did not confirm my order, the total, etc. Also, the last probably 5 times I have went to fluent I have noticed that it is not weighing out to an 1/8. As I see in the other reviews, this is a repetitive thing apparently. Complaining and bringing this to the “managers” attention is a waste of time because they always cover for each other. Over it!
I will take my business somewhere else where the flower is fresh, the people are respectful, and I am not shorted on my RX.

You and you come in, no matter what, and you are always greeted with the best knowledge. Especially from Mike. Mike helped me out today and he was very exceptional at his job I. Highly recommend you go to fluid. Check out their products and Mike or Tim or any of the staff for that matter. Wonderful place highly recommended
