Customer service is not even closer to be good. At my arrival a lady that was at front was talking by phone, she didn’t move or asked what I was going or what I needed to do, her conversation continued and another person came and asked me what do I need to do. I won’t recommend this place to anyone

Been coming here based on a recommendation. All was well until today when i picked up jeans for tailoring. The guy was not there was assisted by a woman who was very rude. Thread did not match and was very thick. She was defensive and when i stated that the jeans cost nearly 200 dollars she said she did not care about the cost of jeans. Unfortunately i will not be coming back here and would not recommend high ticket items to be dropped off.

Have been bringing my clothes, comforters, rugs, everything here for 10 years. When I moved to Doral, I briefly (very... ) went somewhere closer to my new place. Shock. I really began to appreciate Fountainbleau ALL THE MORE. Excellent, professional, careful, personal and honest... AND amazingly affordable. I will never try further again. Very frank (“this is not dirty; it is puncture in the cloth letting lining show”). I can’t say enough good things about this business. The best.

This place ruined one of my favorite shirts and all they did when I called was being rude and disrespectful to me, didn’t cared at all about my shirt and what they did to it. Don’t recommend it at ALL
