Totally waste of money. I spent close to $200 last year for the service they promised, aeration, fertilizer, gypsum, lime & calcium treatment, heavy over-seeding and the sprinkler adjustment. They entire process was less than 20 minutes for a lawn size over 2500 sq/ft.

They didn't do much of fertilizer or what they say "Heavy over--seeding". My lawn didn't look any different or noticed any improvements after months.

They guy also didn't even touch the sprinklers, he first told me we are not checking those, then told they look ok.

Long story short, Don't waste your money, I would recommend renting the aeration device if you really need one from HomeDepot and you will money.

Beware! I had my first aeration service with this company now owned by Bill Forge (previously John Porcioncula division of Forge Aeration) in February of 2020. I had a good experience and my lawn thrived with the aeration so I rehired them for my second aeration at the beginning of June 2020. The second aeration has decimated my lawn with invasive crabgrass and yellow nutsedge! Both weeds are extremely difficult to control and next to impossible to ultimately get rid of once they have established themselves. The day they came in June, the workers were so jammed with appointments that they do not have the time to properly clean their equipment between services so there is an issue for cross contamination. In addition, they did not inspect the sprinklers and the job was less than thorough. I am beyond disappointed and now regret hiring them.

When I called the company to talk over the issue, the man who didn’t identify himself on the phone, told me it happened due to the birds and weather in Southern California. While I understand birds can help germinate weeds there is absolutely no way a bird or two caused my lawn to be overrun by invasive weeds!! I did not have this problem until I hired them! He told me he would remove me from their service list, said he had better things to do and then hung up on me! I was appalled. DO NOT HIRE this company unless you want a lawn full of weeds and someone who doesn’t care once they have your money.

Please don’t waste your money with this company. To make a long story short, they don’t do what they promise on the flier. As a result, after paying over $300 for the full lawn service, there was no change after a month of waiting to see new growth from the grass seed they put down. I asked them to come back to help the situation and was told that all they would do would place more seed down and not place topper, and that I would have to purchase the topper. The problem I tried to get across to them was that they didn’t do the job properly the first time(very little topper/fertilizer was used), so why should they (1) put the cost on me, and (2) do the exact same thing they did the first time, which obviously didn’t work. To top it off, the worker that came just left my property without even saying goodbye or asking me if I had any questions, no watering instructions, nothing and left the gate open. Had he stayed I would have had the opportunity to ask more questions and raise the concern that he did nothing different than the first time. Poor Savannah had to put up with displeasure for the work done because the owner never called me back like I requested. His cowardice and unprofessionalism placed the brunt of the problem on his workers. And Savannah just kept giving me lip service and never addressed the problem. She was very defensive, and avoided the issue by giving one excuse after the other. I’m sure they are more than capable to do aeration, but trust me, don’t hire them to do anything other than that. They don’t do what they promise. Now I'm sure the owner will try to defend himself here like he has with all the other negative reviews but there is no defending what they did.

I had my lawn done by this company and the results were amazing and quick! Lush green grass in places that I couldn't possibly get seed to grow in before. The crew was very friendly and informative. I'm definitely looking forward to using this company for any further lawn care needs.

These guys took my nearly dead lawn and brought it back to life. Awesome job guys!! They were very polite and courteous to me and my daughter. They even “tuned” up all my sprinklers. I really appreciate what you guys did. My HOA was giving me a hard time about my brown lawn. Now even the hedges and bushes are looking great. You’re fertilizer worked wonders.

Over promise, under deliver. Paid for over-seeding, and my neighbors laughed at how little seed was applied, even in the areas where the lawn had no grass. They don’t do what they say they’ll do, and don’t seem to care. Sprinkler inspection? Another joke. Buyer beware of this business.

Please DO NOT use these guys, if I could give them negative stars, I would. They also service San Diego.
They 1st came out on January 21st. They showed up late and it was dark. They broke 2 of our sprinkler valves. The "owner" came out and capped the valves and the guys were to come back for repairs. They were supposed to come out on 2/16 and they were a no show. They did come out 2/21 for repairs, but the valves were set too low, they were and are still leaking. Ever since then, we scheduled appointments on 2/22, 2/27, 2/28, and today 3/7. They have no regard for the customer and have use excuses such as "family emergency" and "blown tire. They have wasted at least 15 hours of my time that obviously doesn't matter to them. I'm being very kind with my words, because believe me, I have many choice words that I am choosing not to use on a public forum. Just DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
