Rates are absurd and keep going higher without any notification to citizens to give feedback and voice concerns. The base rate just to be hooked up are insane without ever even using a drop of water or flushing the toilet. Base rates continue to climb even with all these new homes and apartments being connected into the system....are the developers not paying tap, impact and other fees? Why is it everyone's responsibility to subsidize the cost of new infrastructure for a developer that is building apartments that will only serve a very narrow group of people. The government shouldn't be in the utility business especially an inept municipal government looking to subsidize the city budget through excessive markup of utilities. Not to mention the overhyped CBT water that is some of the worst quality water i've ever had at the tap. The water is loaded with minerals that turns fixtures black or red and is NOT drinkable. They add WAY too much chlorine, soda and fluoride in completely ruining the water quality. Most car washes have better water quality.

Can’t notate or do their jobs right, offer payments plans but can’t bother to notate what they agree on and screw everybody who doesn’t have a confirmation code. Never been late before always pay ahead. Ask for an extension by a couple days and they turned it off and were rude when you speak to them about it. Was told “ everybody makes mistakes and they don’t work with people “

Power is out, tried to call to report it and the automated system sent me to a voicemail that stated it was full and it automatically hung up. Power has been out for over an hour now with the temperature outside at -4F. There was no major snow storm that would warrant this type of an outage and for this long of a time. My house is getting intolerable. If Fort Morgan wouldn't hold a monopoly on the power usage of its people I would switch to Xcel in a heart beat. At least if you lose power with them you can actually talk to a person and it gets addressed in a timely manner.

Kudos to John and his crew. We had an after-hours (10:30pm) electric outage that shut down our business. It was fixed within the hour. John was nothing but kind and courteous on the phone and in person, and got our problem fixed quickly. Thanks to John and crew!

I PAY MY INVOICE AS FAST AS THEY SEND IT TO ME. I ALWAYS PAY AT THE WINDOW BECAUSE I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY LEGS AND I CAN'T ALMOST WALK. I INDICATED TO THE "VERY NICE" LONG-HAIRED BLONDE LADY THAT I DIDN'T FIND THE INVOICE. THE OTHER LADIES HAND ME A PAPER AND A PEN SO I CAN WRITE MY ADDRESS AND THEY CHARGE ME. WHEN I SHOWED THAT TO THAT KIND LADY, SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO GO INSIDE THE BUILDING. I TOLD HIM AGAIN ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND HE DIDN'T CARE AT ALL. IT WAS INCONSIDERATION ON THE PART OF THIS WOMAN.

We had our power go out in the middle of winter, which with electric heading meant we were feeling it. The utility company had the damaged power line replaced less than an hour after we called! Excellent work and friendly staff.

Will charge you lots of fees without listing them, or even itemizing them. Charged me for the same maintenance fee twice and just repeated themselves over the phone.

Good people and respond quickly to outages etc! Just wish that prices of utilities were under $200 a month ! But other than that they do a good job!
