These people are sick. I just had a baby and needed my direct deposit to come over night and they refused to extend my balance of $200 for a few hours. I didn't need a day, didn't need even 12 hours I needed just those 6 hours overnight when direct deposit hits. I remember before they got so greedy and corrupt they had wonderful employees that would do anything they could to help you. Now these money hungry thieves won't offer ANY type of help knowing the economic strains people are having. NOT EVEN WHEN YOU JUST GAVE BIRTH LESS THAN 48 hours ago. GROSS FOUL SOULLESS.

Today 10/10/24 we have been without electricity after 2 AM when hurricane Milton hit us. The FPL application reports that we have power, but we don't have power. Tried to call many numbers that FPL provide, but always there is an automated machine that doesn't give any information and doesn't solve any thing. A human live contact is IMPOSSIBLE! But how good are for raising rates, sending emails for payments. This FPL is something that we must be ashamed of. They are a group of money-making people, no customer, nothing.... Just GREED!

I'm so sick of these rates going up and down. Horrible customer service. They always claim they can't help because the system won't let them, so why do we have customer service employees then I asked for an extension and they gave me one day and also wanted me to pay the entire bill instead of what was past due. I'm so sick of the these big billion dollar companies stepping all over us people. I'm about to just invest in a solar generator. Screw these big companies.

Overpriced trash company with customer support worse than free volunteer work. Every month the price raises. Lights regularly flicker. Don’t expect to get ahold of any one on the phone, and when you do, they are very rude and nonchalant. Don’t like your job? Do yourself a favor and QUIT. Too bad it’ll be long in the future if ever when FPL closes down. 0 stars.
