Franklin Environmental Services did an outstanding crawlspace encapsulation and dehumidifier job for us a couple of years ago. This job has relieved odor problems that we had previously and simplified termite inspections, as well as making the crawlspace a lot drier. Twice a year maintenance has been performed since that time by the same company; it has done the job but scheduling is not always followed as promised, thus the 4 stars.
