I toured a 1/1 unit with Leah and I absolutely fell in love with the property! The unit was perfect, just like the pictures online. We also walked the property and everything was clean and kept up. I even met a few residents and they all seemed nice and inviting. I’d definitely recommend!

I had an amazing time living here at Franklin Pointe. The rent was very competitive given the location and the size of the apartment. Maintenance was always handled promptly and the staff was very kind. Upon move in there was a bug infestation. However, I went home for the weekend and they handled it promptly and I never had an issue again the rest of my time there (given that they had regular pest control and I took my own precautions). Definitely the best place you can find for the cost and location. Review to be update after move out completely processed.

Wonderful apartments. They are clean and have beautiful surroundings. There is proper parking space, and they welcome pets as well. The best thing about the apartments is their maintenance. They respond to each and every request and try to provide solutions.

We had to find a place for my son to live while at law school. We were unable to visit as we are from out of state and Alexys helped us immensely and even arranged a FaceTime tour of the apartment and complex. Alexis took many phone calls with questions answered emails promptly, and worked late so we could meet the deadline of signing the lease in time for the special being offered. He is looking forward to moving in!

I've been living at [Franklin pointe for a week now and couldn't be happier with my choice. The apartments are modern and well-lit, with ample closet space. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues that were reported during move in and the office staff is omg Lea the new leasing agent was AMAZING, incredibly helpful, and welcoming I really appreciate everything she did to help me and my family get out of homelessness. The community events are well organized and seem to have the tenants in mind when they planned the events. The
management definitely Lea really seem to foster a sense of neighborhood.".

i was honestly taken back. daysi was very great, friendly and nice. the pets are obviously really sweet. the aesthetics is nice and everything is clean. I came for a showing with my sister and absolutely loved it!

I lived here from August 2023 to November 2024 ( My lease end Feb 2025), the reason why I chose this place because they was the only one in Tally that have availability at the time. First when I was move in everything was normal until I noticed the molds on top of the roof in my apt 205, then I asked them to let me switch unit to the bottom floor because the 205 upstair was so old and moldy, charged me $500 for relocation fees( which should only be $350 according to the lease I signed on Ausgust. ) , I did not read the lease again at the time, yes I know it was my fault, but then I found out towards the end of my lease term after I already paid and relocated to 405, I asked Daysis Pham (Manager) about it, she did not give me any explaination about why she went against the lease we sign( which is illegal ), but I let it slide, because only $150 different. After moved in to 405, I thought this unit would be better, big mistake, roaches ( big and small ), are everywhere, mind you I have to leave for work at 9am and come back at 10pm, basically just rent that unit to sleep, I dont cook, or store foods, confronted them about it, for months, Daysis keep telling me pest control will take care of it, but no, I have camera in my unit, never see them come in when she said they would, I asked her to let me move out due to the condition of the apartments, she wouldn’t unless I pay her a penalty according to the lease ( now she wanna follow the lease ), my lease was end on 2/14/2025, and I already moved out 11/2024 , and I still paid the rent. Upon ending the lease I cleaned up the apartment like she wanted me to, still got charged $160+ for cleaning fee( then i remembered when I first moved in I found a piece of ham under the kitchen cabinet from previous tenant ). To summarize this, I would highly not recommend this place for you guys, by the way the laundry room have roaches in the washers just so you know, I emailed her about that with proof and got nothing back either. And this by far the worst apartment complex I ever lived in, please do not be fool by the good reviews, ask the tenants around the complex before you move in, they’ll agree with me. Daysis is a pain to work with.

Hi, I just want to say that the community is super safe, Daisy was very kind while giving us the tour and the process of managing to rent one of the apartment was super easy. 100% recommended. 😃👍🏻
