We stopped here for lunch while traveling through the area. We had never been to a Freddy's before, and we're really glad we spotted it. I had the #1, and it was delicious! My son had the hot dog, and he said it was really good. It was gone in a blink, so it must have been pretty tasty! I also ordered a small pumpkin pie concrete custard, and it was perfect...lots of gooey crust and pumpkin pie flavor. My son loved the fried curds. We had a great visit!

Epic, frozen custard concrete fail.

When you can sip a concrete through a straw, you know there’s something wrong. This is why a lot of custard places make a concrete and literally turn it upside down in the cup and back to show it’s thick. This would’ve been all over counter. By the time it was half eaten it was just a puddle of goo remaining. Threw away the rest.

If we weren’t in a hurry, traveling through town out I’d have stopped and talked to the manager.

If you know me as a reviewer, you know, I rarely ever give one star.

My pick up order was ready sitting on counter. Fat girl at register kept telling me I needed to wait. She proceeded to welcome a new guest and take order while I'm telling her I want my food. She telling me hold on until she finish... horrible service. And nasty soggy burger

Most employees did their job function, but either didn’t care or were drained from being overworked or something, just a bland “what do you want?” Asked if we could get some of the jalapeños steak sauce for our fries, was told they didn’t have any available for fries. Asked if that’s the same sauce used on the burger, was told what they had was for the burgers.

Poor job of restocking items customer’s need, lids and unsweetened tea. Tables were clean it if you want to use it. Understood rushes happen and things can be not stocked/cleaned and that is fully ok. It wasn’t that busy while we dined, it just didn’t appear to be a priority.

Got four meals -
Bacon and Cheese Double Steak burger - extremely tiny amount of mustard on the burger, resulting in a very dry burger.

Freddy’s Original Patty Melt - good stuff, my granddaughter really enjoyed it

Jalapeño Pepper Jack Double Steak burger x2 - probably a decent burger if more than 2-4 drops of the sauce was on the burger. Without the sauce it is extremely dry.

Guy cooking the burgers had a nice big beard, uncovered to share whatever hair falls off with you, the consumer.

Best guess is this place suffers from poor management at one or more levels.

I love the burgers and fries here! I love cheese fries, but order a side of cheese sauce so I can dip some fries in the cheese, and some fries in the Freddy's fry sauce. Also, love the half and half shake. It's a perfect chocolate flavor to me, as I personally think just chocolate is too rich for me, the half and half makes it more like milk chocolate. They did get my burger order wrong, but quickly fixed it. And the workers at the counter were helpful. I will definitely come back here.

Friendly employees, but this was the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever walked into. Excrement all over every toilet in women’s bathroom. A pack of Lysol wipes didn’t get it clean. Greasy smear on bathroom entrance door. Serving counter in front had more than a little food waste scattered all over. Trash strewn about throughout the dining area. I looked for a table or booth while waiting on my wife and didn’t find one that was clean. If I was a district manager I’d fire the store manager on the spot. I’ll never visit this location again.

We were traveling through, and we love freddys normally. The fries were gross and the burgers didn't even taste fresh like normal. I have never been given a burger without a bun when I ask for a plain cheeseburger with just the sauce, but I opened my container to find a box of JUST meat, cheese, and sauce. Then didn't even give 2 straws, just 1.
