Ive been so happy. Freedom pros took care of me and got the the best program out of 15 companies i interviewed. I was skeptical because some people think its too good to be true but my neighbor did it too years ago and he showed me his savings and i did it and i can testify that i am saving too. Great company, very professional and spencer was my representative that heloed me through the whole process. Couldnt be happier.

HORRIBLE EVERYTHING! Took 6 months to install, then once installed it does not work. Messy/unprofessional install, had to come back 4 times to patch work and still looks like a 6-year-old did it. Solar NEVER worked once installed, but they said it was.
We are still paying 100% for electricity and the payment with them. Refuse to send someone out to check, insisted it was working but never got any credit from Edison and still haven't. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Have to wait on hold for 2 hours before speaking with anyone, they say Supervisor will call you and never does, they need to be reported to Better Business Bureau ~ HORRIBLE COMPANY, INSTALLATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVERALL -100 out of 5 stars

If you live in the Santa Clarita/north los angles area - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We got solar through Costco/sunrun. We usually have good experiences through Costco but Sunrun uses Freedom Forever to install and service solar panels. This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Our solar panels do not work, Freedom Forever has not been able to fix them. Now we are getting bills for the SCE (electricity company) and Sunrun. We are not helping the earth or saving any money. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Save yourself the headache, time, money, frustration, stress - go elsewhere.

Got scammed by a guy named David Aguilar of “rethink energy” to have free insulation installed, however they scammed me into getting solar because I was going to save so much money. Freedom forever was the installer for a product of sun run. I started this process in May of 2023.. it was finally turned on in June 2024. Well over a year I have been dealing with them and their lies. They told me they were coming to my house and then didn’t show up once. I took the day off to meet them. They have poor craftsmanship with their trade. It doesn’t look professional. I would be very embarrassed if I produced the work they did. I work for LADWP as a journeyman lineman and I deal with solar installs because we install new services and meters. I had to explain to them what was code because they messed up several tImes. They installed a new 200 amp panel, it failed inspection. And STILL it looks so bad and it’s crooked. The panel took a very long time to get going. Fast forward…The beginning of January they finally start installing the actual solar panels. Well it failed the fire inspection and final inspection. The customer service doesn’t know the process and say “we will make a ticket” and it takes 2 weeks to hear answer. They lied about inspections happening the same day and also when it would be turned on. I had to call the city to get the inspection going because they didn’t and also lied about that; and I have to contact Edison myself in order for them to PTO and make their permanent connections on the weatherhead. So it’s finally finished… they turn it over to sun run, now I get $250 bills from Sunrun and $400+ bills from Edison. It doesn’t even work! I have contacted BBB on them and also the CSLB. Take this thing off my roof. Do not trust rethink energy, freedom forever, or Sunrun. They are all linked together. I want compensation for a headache of over a year with a faulty product, scamming, time, and money wasted. STAY AWAY.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! If I could give ZERO STARS, I WOULD. HORRIBLE customer service. I've had a roof leak for over 1 Year that they caused upon installation . Janeth from customer service canceled appointments with prior notification. AWFUL COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

Spencer is my sales representative. During our initial meeting Spencer explained the advantages of solar vs continuing to pay the high cost of electricity. He is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. Since our initial meeting the inspection of my roof needs repair and he was as able to obtain funding to have my roof repaired where solar panels will be installed. Spencer has kept up to date and has also provided me access to Freedom Forever portal where I can see the progress of my solar project. I will submit an update upon completion. Thank you Spencer.

I was avoiding going solar because I thought the process seemed daunting. From the start it has been such a smooth experience. My sales rep, Rosie Aguilar-Ray, was so knowledgeable and showed me all the different phases of the install. She has kept in touch every step of the way. I am also impressed how quickly it is moving along. The folks at Freedom Forever all work together to keep the project going. Then I had the best crew ever come out from Arizona for the install. It was only supposed to be misty that day but the rain came down hard at times. They took cover and got right back out . Their teamwork was incredible and I can tell they were having a good time while they worked!

Freedom Forever came out to put our panels up, they were here for about an hour. One of the techs came to the door & tells me that there isn't enough room for them. This was last year & they still haven't cancelled our contract after calling over 5 times. The loan company told us that we will still have to pay the payment until they get a response from them. I guess we'll have to take it to the news and the BBB. If I could give them a minus 1000000, I would. How do I get ahold of the corporate office & not customer service? I feel like this was done purposely. We have 3 ticket numbers since January & we are still getting the run around. It's a total breach of contract according to our lawyer. P.S. the good reviews are from their customer service representatives.
