5/5 Stars! Price, Customer Service, and Product all top class. Kristal was very informed on the product and competitive landscape. This was one of many bids that we received for a pool solar install, but by far the easiest pitch to listen to. On the install side, Mathew and his crew knocked out the install in one day. He also programmed the panel configuration to my Pentair ScreenLogic hands free system making it super easy to make adjustments on the fly.

Can’t go wrong with these guys!

I had the pleasure of working with Kristal @ Freedom Solar Energy last year when I installed solar for my pool. I had no hesitation in contacting her again to ensure I had a solar electric contract in place before the NEM 3.0 new rules came into play. She was knowledgeable on both projects, and I always felt I was provided the best service. I didn't even once think about going with anyone else after my first install. The techs, particularly Matt, were amazing, did the work quickly, and always kept me informed of progress. Everything was done on time per the initial plan, they took care of the paperwork with SDGE, and I had very little to do until I got my permission to operate. The system has been running great, and I can't wait to see my first bill.

Kristal, Matthew, and team at Freedom Solar Energy recently installed a new pool solar system at our house in Carlsbad. Business dealings with Kristal were professional, friendly, and great. Matthew and his team showed up right on time and knocked the job out efficiently and with a very clean install. The system is running great now, and our pool jumped up into the 80's after just a couple days. I'm used to seeing 70 this time of year, so I'm thrilled with this jump! I'm looking forward to even warmer temperatures as the weather heats up! Matthew has kept in touch after the install to help answer a few questions I had about our new system. This company offers a great solution, competitive pricing, professional and friendly service from start to finish, and continued support after business is concluded. They came out when I called, gave me a good quote, came back when they said they would, took down the old system and hauled it away, put the new system up, hooked it up, checked it out, all in the same day, it worked like a champ. My pool is warm. What more could you ask from company?

This company was amazing! Making the appointment was extremely easy, followed with calendar posting. The service crew should up on time, quickly evaluated my pool solar system and made the repairs as promised. No pressure, no up selling, just a company that kept its customer service promise. What a great service ! I would recommend using Freedom Solar energy for all of your solar needs. From the moment Kristal walked into our home I knew their company was the one to do our installation. The crew that came to the house was courteous, polite, ON TIME and to top it off was inclusive of the owner!! An owner that believes in his product AND gets his hands dirty..BRAVO!
