Shopping for solar was an adventure, and there is a lot of things to consider. Edgar (Everette) from Freedom Solar was forthcoming during all phases of the process and helped me find a solution that met my needs with a competitive price. The installation was completed a few weeks after my roof was replaced. Just waiting on the inspections and for permission to operate (PTO) but hopefully that goes smoothly. We have just received our PTO and are excited to begin taking advantage of our investment in solar energy. Freedom Solar Power has been great to work from the very beginning. I have been in contact with Customer Care 4 or 5 times and they have been very helpful every time I have called or emailed. This morning (Jan 13, 2024) I spoke with Nakesha Lemon and she was very friendly and helpful and seemed to share our excitement about completing our project. The site assessment was completed by Bryce and we were happy to see him a second time when he came to assist the county inspector. The installation crew was efficient and friendly. Important too, is that Freedom Solar has done what they said they would do and has been great to keep us informed about where we were in the process and what to expect as far as the next step. Freedom Solar has certainly earned our 5 star ranking.

I purchased a system from Freedom Solar in February this year. Paid in full on time and everything went smoothly until there was a problem with the system. They came twice to look at it and the second gentleman told me I needed a part and he ordered it from Enphase and it was delivered on 10/31/24 by FedEx tracking #415211211250 received by C. Flores. They refuse to acknowledge receipt of the part, won't reorder the part and won't fix it without the part. Obviously leaves me no where after spending $14000. Can not believe I have now hire a lawyer.TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Excellent experience with my salesperson Alphonso Maldonado. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns during the purchase process. He also helped in setting up the financing. He even helped to expedite a home visit by a technician to correct a communication problem between the. panels and monitoring app that reports system performance to me and the monitoring techs at Freedom Solar. The tech quickly discovered the problem, which was minor. I’m delighted to see that the panels are providing virtually all the power I use in the daytime, and sending the excess back to the grid! I look forward to stabilizing my electric bill, which had increased over 100% over the last 18 months or so. I would not hesitate in recommending Freedom Solar to anyone seeking to stabilize their electric bill in a period of rapid price increases in the electric utility industry.

We are very happy with Everett Edwards, our Freedom Rep, and with Freedoms solar package and Installation process. Everett has worked with us from beginning to end. He answered questions, helped problem solve, and helped us develop a plan for solar that met all our goals. The project management was done quickly and efficiently. So far we are seeing great results, especially as we head to our first “tropical” event since install. Very impressed!
