Lots of amenities, services available in house, local shopping, casino and restaurants nearby, elevators, garbage disposal/shute, gym, cafeteria, dining room, events, library, patio and outdoor activities, secure and safe building and spotless. The seniors here love it and what the community has to offer. I have heard great things about the property management company and team but could use a few more things and updates since COVID and previous lockdowns. A pool would also be a great addition to this magnificent senior housing complex in the South Suburbs. Thank you staff for everything you do for everyone here!! 👏

I was a resident here for 3 years. During that time the facility began to go down. The washing machines and dryers stayed broke, it took weeks to get them fixed. The snack machine never worked. The manager Felicia Washington has a terrible vindictive attitude. She has no empathy for the seniors in the building . The older seniors are afraid of her, she gets very flip mouth when talking with the seniors making them afraid she is going to put them out. I had my great-grandson whose was 2 spending the night. She informed me that the resident below me complained of noise and wrote a three page letter to corporate complaining. I asked to see the letter but she refused, I was not given the chance to defend myself. I was told that my grandkids could not spend the night anymore and if I didn't like it she would gladly release me from my lease.. Her assistance Cathy was heard telling a senior to stop coming in her office bothering her. This place definitely need to be under new management, someone who cares about the aging seniors and the challenges of getting old.

I really love Freedom Village, the management makes point of keeping up the buildings cleanliness and upkeep most of the residents are froendly and they have sctivies .Noe the assistant manager can be well,,,, a little short at times but not always.This is a nice place to live.

I have lived here for over a year. This is a professionally managed and very clean location. The staff Felisha and Cathy are too ladies that know what they are doing and are always available with an open do it policy. Joanne.

Kathy is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, poor customer service worker ever. I’ve never witnessed a nasty rude attitude like hers in a place of business!

Ms. Coolidge was upset because her 5 grandchildren and her daughter were not allowed to live with her in her 1bedroom it is unfortunate when people are displaced but I do not have the authority to change the rules.
