We made an unplanned stop at FreeForm Coffee Roasters while driving from Las Vegas to Phoenix, just looking for a quick coffee break—but it ended up being one of the highlights of our drive.

The space has a clean, modern, and relaxed vibe that instantly makes you feel at ease. Whether you’re grabbing something to go or staying a while, the ambiance is perfect for a laid-back coffee stop. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they really care about the craft behind their coffee.

I decided to try something new and went with their mesquite date coffee—a flavor I had never seen before. It was a surprisingly great choice. Smooth, lightly sweet, and unlike anything I’ve had at other coffee shops. You can tell they put thought into offering something different and memorable.

Best coffee in Sedona. They had a single origin espresso called Buried Treasure that was absolutely amazing. The service was very good too. The barista made a great recommendation on my drink too.

Everything was perfect! My latte, my husband's matcha latte with ginger, cheese danish was out of this world even by my very high standards of the foreigner. Most Coffee places in Bay area CA (where we live) are not as great as this shop.
Chocolate croissant wasn't good.
Keep it up folks, we will def be back on our next trip to AZ!

Having tasted coffee all over the world, I had to try it…

They had some good medium roast coffee, which was locally grown…

Overall good coffee and decent pastries to go with the coffee…

There was a long line for folks waiting just to go to the bathroom who may be coming back from a hike 🙂

Limited seating but we were fortunate to get a table after a few minutes. Cute merchandise for sale. Regular baked goods available. Modern atmosphere and staff were relaxed and friendly. Our lattes were good, smooth and robust. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

One of the best coffee spots around! Their almond milk lattes are amazing! I’ve tried other places, but no one gets the almond milk so perfectly foamy like they do. The cortado is also a must-try, absolutely delicious. The team is super friendly and makes us feel welcome every time we visit. Always a great experience!

Their coffee was very smooth and low acidic. Their muffins and pastries were delicious. A little pricy though. Staff are very friendly as well.
