Easy check-in process through the kiosk. Have your DOT, MC, Truck/Trailer license plate numbers ready. They'll send you a text with an assigned door. I got mine right away, even before I got back to my truck.
The only problem here is very little room for backing because of the one foot curb, which is in the way. Thankfully, the truck next to me was done and leaving. I was backing with my doors open, so keep your door closed for maneuvering. It'll save you some nerves. Oh, and they have a restroom inside the check-in office.

Not the best place for pick up. Always heavy loads. Don't look at the broker conformation IT will be around 42k heavy . I been couple of times and both times 42k . At the conformation first time 39k second 36k , but actually 42k . You aways will be loaded around your appointment time I didn't see exception . You have to check in at the machine inside office and wait for a sms with door number . Then some one will come to sealed you and you have to go and print your BOL from the machine inside the office

They have an automated check in system; bring your driver's license, phone, BOL's, truck & trailer license plate numbers. I got a door fairly quick. It is tight here, as other drivers mentioned.

The worst part of this live load is the route to get there, since I-294 is under construction for the last 30 years, and I-55 is a messy cluster as well, anyway take i294 exit on 75th st, make a left on Santa Fe drive.

The place is tight so be careful backing, it’s an old facility with zero investment, however they run a good operation, it’s the Danny and Phil’s show in the morning, very professional and efficient… the evening show is Jose and April, also very professional and efficient.

Jose and Danny are international, you will never know their ethnicity because they are multicultural and treat you like a king, the kiosk needs your driver license to check in, loading is under 2 hours most of the time, the crew brings the seal and afterwards you go get the paperwork.

The bathroom is always clean and warm in the winter, in case you have the urge to drop the babies in the swimming pool, not like the majority of the warehouses where you get treated like an animal, often no facilities or even a bathroom.

If you don’t get a door right on the spot, hang tight, park on the side or across the street, April and Phil will take care of you.

I recently had a very disappointing experience here during a pickup. The front desk staff member(white guy with beard and a cap) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite multiple drivers waiting to check in, he made no effort to assist us and spoke to everyone in a dismissive and disrespectful manner.
As a long-haul driver, I rely on professionalism and efficiency to keep things running smoothly.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company.
I hope they address this issue and improve their customers.

No problems here. They’ll take you early. Bring your phone, id, and a picture of your truck and trailer tags to check in. The confirmation the machine asks for is your p/u number. Clean bathroom, nice people. No overnight. Set temp 34• continuous.
