Rude, dishonest and completely out of line behavior from the husband. I’ve been shopping with them for a long time. The wife is very nice and respectful but today for the first time I dealt with the husband and he gave me a price for an item only to then take it back and up the price. After telling him he had already given me the price he raised his voice at me and began to argue. There was no need for that. All he had to say was he made a mistake but he didn’t even say that until my husband came to ask what was going on. Funny how he raised his voice at me and was arguing but when a man comes up he took responsibility. We will never follow this co again sadly. We’ve spent so much money with them only to be treated this way.

This was to close the household of a family member so by its nature a difficult and emotional undertaking. Fresh Start hit all the right notes with me. They staged, priced, and prepared the home well. They have a thorough marketing approach through social media and a loyal established customer base. We sold more than I expected. The cleanup/clearout of unsold property was also handled efficiently and professionally. I was paid promptly and received a very detailed summary for tax purposes. We hired Fresh Start Estate Sales to help liquidate my father-in-law’s estate. The estate was extensive and included a large jewelry and coin collection and automobiles. Michael and Marika used their knowledge, experience, and spent vast number of hours of research to help confirm the true value of all the assets. This was a key element that led to the large amount of proceeds from the estate sale. They took care of everything, and open communication between us and them was constant. It was an extraordinary event to see them organize and stage the assets within the house. The three day and the second two-day sales were seamless. The friendliness, professionalism and integrity of Michael, Marika and their crew was exemplary. We had a wonderful experience collaborating with them. Just bought a Gun Safe from them last weekend. They were super helpful in assisting me in getting it out of the house and into my trailer. This is a 500lb item - not easy to deal with. Price was great and Marika was super in getting her team to help. Would buy again! My wife bought from them before and this was my first time. Her high praise was spot on!

If you need to have an estate sale, then you need to have Michael and his team do the sale. Michael was so helpful and made everything happen seamlessly with short notice. He handled everything, every step of the way. I was kept informed by phone and received pictures of everything. Being out of state I was a little worried but Michael kept in touch and made me feel comfortable. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!!!
