I rented with Frey Properties for 2 years. The apartment received fresh paint and touch ups and carpets were shampooed upon my move-in. During my time in the apartment, I always received quick responses from Kristin about maintenance or any other questions I had. I only ever had issues with ants (and who doesn't) which staff was out within 24 hours to spray and provide traps for me. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I would recommend renting with them!

I would highly recommend Frey Properties to anyone and everyone who is in need of a rental. They always take care of their tenants and the property they own. My family rented a townhome from them for about 2 years and they were always friendly and courteous.

Each of their properties that we viewed were very clean, updated, and spacious. The staff and maintenance crew were friendly and respectful any time we needed anything during the time we rented from them! We never had to worry about something not getting fixed because they were always there the same day to fix anything that might have needed attention!

My wife and daughter rented a unit on Suppiger for 8 years. The maintenance staff was fantastic, and the management team, especially Kristin, was always very friendly and responsive. Mark and Colby did a great job keeping the grounds and community land free of debris. When the water heater went out they had someone there replacing it the same day! When we moved out, Kristin was very accommodating and did a walk through to make sure everyone was on the same page. She was also very responsive when putting in work orders and other communications. I would highly recommend Frey for anyone looking to find a maintenance free place to call home. Word of warning though, you might stay longer hyphen expected!
