There's a reason why this guy has all five star reviews. He is responsive, polite, does what he says he will, patiently explains your options, and requires no follow-up.

A plumber recommended Mark Fritton when we discovered a gushing leak in our filtration system late one afternoon. Mark promptly answered my call, made an appointment to come out first thing the next morning and told me what to do in the meantime to stop the water waste. The next morning, he was prompt, gave us our options, and repaired the leak at a very reasonable cost.

Later, when I applied for an adjustment from JEA, I contacted Mark for some documentation. He, again, responded quickly, asked questions to make sure he supplied what I needed, and provided it very quickly.

I'm dealing with a bunch of car and house issues right now and am frustrated that no one seems follow up or do what they say they will either correctly or promptly. So Mark really stands out in being a 'zero hassle, leave a smile on your face' supplier. I wish I had 20 filters for him to service!

Great Team and Dedication! Josh and Tim installed my water softener system. Both gentleman were punctual and professional. Every question was met with an answer and the install was clean. Highly recommend these guys! Locally owned and operated for a fraction of what the big names cost. They even gave me their numbers for 24/7 emergencies. Overall very pleased and the wife is happy!

Joshua and Mark with Fritton Water were excellent to do business with. They were actually earlier than the scheduled appointment time and addressed my concerns with both my irrigation pump and house water. I highly recommend them with any of your water needs. They worked very efficiently, were priced fairly and only used quality parts.

I own Bianco’s Car Detailing shop in St. Augustine and was in desperate need for a soft water filter system to wash vehicles. Mark and Josh came out the very next day to install the system at a very reasonable price. They were very honest , reliable, thorough and efficient.
