We were informed that a fuse had to be replaced on our solar system. Within a few days we had a technician named Carl come out to replace it. He was personable and was very informative on the unit as a whole. Had us up and running again quickly.

I can not say enough about James and his crew! These days customer service is so hard to find.This young man and his crew are Amazing! No waiting on the phone or call backs from James. This entire team that we have worked with on two different job sites are respectful, courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, quick on the job and go above and beyond to do everything you need or ask for. Absolutely horrible service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They installed panels on my roof in August of 2023. It is now March of 2024, SEVEN MONTHS LATER, and they still have not worked with the energy company to get the solar panels inspected and actually working. So I just have dead weight sitting on top of my roof. No one at the company will respond to emails, they don't answer phone calls, and there has been literally ZERO communication from them as to the status of my installation. I have to pester the sales guy to even get a response and since he's just the sales person, he has no idea what's going on with my account either.

Front Range Solar saved the day (and year) by getting my solar panels working again after a prolonged issue. My supplier was no longer in state and they took over handling service and repairs. The owner called to set up our appointment and was very professional and attentive to my concern over my panels. When his crew arrived, they were so knowledgeable and informative about what they were doing. They got my system up and going and this last Sunday, I had my highest production of the last year. I am so pleased with how they do business. Thank you!
