He was very flexible with scheduling and billing and did everything he could to make the process painless. His team Jacob and Dominic were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time they worked nonstop. They were polite. They were thorough and they completely explained the new system to me before they left. They also took some nice photos for me up on the roof and they blew off all the leaves out of my gutters and screen room. I had never used this company before, but several of my close neighbors had highly recommended them and now I am extremely happy to report that we can recommend them as well. Great experience with Fun in the sun from the very beginning since they were originally assigned as my pool warranty company. Fast forward 5 years and they are my go to for fixes and upgrades. My pool was built in 2019. I wanted to add automation from the beginning, the builder wanted $5K so I opted out. My pool was built with a salt system, the salt generator gave me nothing but problems. Fun in the sun replaced it under warranty & I replaced it again outside of warranty. I felt like something else was going on and decided to call Fun in the Sun to ask about automation. James got back to me very quickly and gave me options and recommendations. He also sent me product information and videos and answered every question I had through email. I decided to do the upgrade, roughly about $1500 less than the pool builder offered 5 years ago. Before my upgrade appt, my salt cell broke again for 3rd time & immediately emailed James. He understood my frustration and made a suggestion of a much better product with a record of longevity. The price was very fair in my opinion. John came out to do the upgrade to automation & change to an improved salt generator. Now I have my equipment status in the palm of my hand via an app as well as a new salt generator. John was very thorough, he explained everything, was kind & cleaned up like nothing happened. I would and have recommended Fun In The Sun to anyone needing any work done on their pool. This was my 4th time using their services and could not be happier. Don’t hesitate to call them!

John and Victor came and installed a new pool heater and solar cover with reel. They had to convert from old solar heater panels to a new unit on the ground next to the A/C. They took the time to clear out the area needed they were careful with my belongings and were respectful of my property.
John took the time to explain how everything worked and even let me take a video of how to run the system since my memory isn’t very good. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question all while training Victor! They left my yard clean and even payed extra attention to doors and gates since I have animals.

Fun In The Sun installed my hybrid pool heater last year. After a recent hurricane they came when I asked to help remove and repair the solar panels and tubing. ALL their employees are professional, knowledgeable as well as caring. Everything was carefully removed, and they are the only ones I will allow to replace it after my roof is repaired.
