Jan was a delight to work with as this is my first time starting to build my business credit! She was incredibly patient, clear, spoke nice and slow without rushing so that I can completely understand everything she was instructing me to do, she even went on Dunn and Bradstreet to look up my number on the website. She also went the extra mile and beyond the call of duty to even had her team add a tab for my business specialization which it did not have before, "Real Estate Investments".
