I’ve taken the time to weigh the benefits and evaluate different providers. Their reputation, customer service, and innovative technology really impressed me. When the timing is right, I’ll be confident in choosing Fusion Power for my solar energy needs.

Fusion power has been so easy to work with. Every person that has come out, whether is was the sales people, the technicians or other customer service people have all been great. They have been very informative and friendly. I can tell they all know what they are doing and do a great job.

Great product at reasonable price with a detailed system design for what we need. There is opportunity for continuous improvement in communication between departments though. And I felt like the customer shouldn’t be the one who had to constantly follow up with project progress / update. Project coordinator needs to up their game in communicating with the customer. We recently had solar panels installed by Fusion Power, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. There are three main reasons I’m giving them a 5-star review:

1. Clear and Honest Financial Explanation: From the start, Fusion Power stood out by thoroughly explaining the long-term financial benefits of going solar. We had almost given up on the idea after speaking with other companies whose pushy and sleazy sales tactics left a bad taste in our mouths. However, Fusion Power was a breath of fresh air—transparent, not pushy, and highly informative. They took the time to educate us rather than just trying to close a sale, which made all the difference.

2. Smooth and Simple Process: The entire process, from our initial meeting with the solar representative to the final wrap-up meeting, was incredibly smooth and straightforward. We were careful in making our decision, and Fusion Power respected that. They listened to our concerns, especially about not wanting the panels to face the street, and they found a discreet yet optimal location for the panels that didn’t compromise on aesthetics or efficiency. They were persistent enough to keep us on track but never crossed the line into being pushy or annoying.

3. High-Quality Panels: The quality of the panels installed is top-notch, and they look fantastic too. We’re confident that these panels will serve us well for many years to come.

Installation was great, the installers worked so hard to make sure the system worked efficiently and looks nice. They even got a paint match for the house and painted the various visible pipes to match the house. It looks very clean. They were meticulous with our battery install and did not rush or cut corners. We are very pleased with the installed system. Our sales agents Tom and Steve were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed working with them. I am leaving it at 4 stars because communication with scheduling and the customer service department is highly lacking. Several times we were scheduled to have someone come and no one showed up. No call from customer service. No answer when calling customer service about it. The crew was not informed properly of our scheduled install on more than one occasion. Another issue is that the solar lender was reported an earlier completion date than what actually occurred which resulted in an earlier than anticipated billing cycle. The system works great and we are happy with it. I just hope fusion improves their scheduling and customer service departments.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WARNING! DO NOT USE!!
It took 6 months to get our solar installed when they promised 2 months. Fusion hired an outside company to remove roof our tiles, and they first they removed the wrong part of the roof on one visit then had to come back and replace them and remove elsewhere. Then Fusion wanted us to pay an extra $11,000 to fix there problem. After install of the solar panels Fusion refuses to put roof tiles back in place as the original plans were agreed upon. Instead the installed cheap shingles the do not match the decode of the house. We also paid Fusion for a Voltage Regulator and they never installed and refuse to give a refund.
