Would highly recommend this company. George and his assistant Mark came exactly when they said they would and charged a very good rate. Did the job asked and more. Promptly cleared the blocked drain and retrieved a stuck plunger in an hour. Very efficient, experienced team who know exactly what they are doing and will definitely use again. Thank you for your prompt response.

Would not recommend this company. Have now been without heating for 4 weeks. After the engineer had been out for the 4th time he suggested we consider getting a new boiler. He was to obtain quotes (still waiting after 2 weeks) and last week when we called to ask what the hold up was the engineer apologised and said he would phone straight back with a price. We are still waiting. No heating and out of pocket.
