Fantastic addition to the Chicago South Suburbs! Most of the brands were new to me, but Sarah helped me find affordable low-waste alternatives to what I used before like biodegradable paper towels and non-toxic skincare. The refillery bar has a great selection of cleaning products, haircare and more. I brought in an empty hand soap bottle and filled up with a citrus soap that smells amazing. Sarah is so knowledgable and friendly without ever being pushy. She’s such a great resource for the entire community with her multiple recycling programs and compost drop-off. I’m excited to use my new food huggers, produce wash bar, coconut scrubber and toothpaste tablets!

Expect for your mind to be opened and blown away! Gaia’s has everything to make it easy to go zero waste. Start small is the great recommendation from the really helpful and knowledgeable owner. I bought dish soap and used one of her free reusable glass bottles to fill it up. Also purchased some hand soap tablets to use with my mason jars at home. I feel better at least trying to keep the amount of trash I make a bit less.

Absolutely wonderful and incredible store!! There are so many products in this store that I just love and use every single day! The refill station is absolutely amazing, it ranges from soap and cleaning goods all the way to hydrogen peroxide! There are home goods for everyone in this store. And even pet supplies, which I simply love!! Along with a truly passionate and kind store owner, I will be back here many many times!

Just recently moved to this area and checked out this shop. I love the idea of refilling often needed products such as detergent and personal care such as soap, shampoo etc. Stop putting plastic jugs in landfills people! I purchased lavender laundry detergent as well as a reusable silverware set and handcrafted bath soap. I will be back.
