Their responsiveness and communication truly impressed me. They patiently explained everything in layman's terms, providing clear options without overwhelming jargon.

Chris and Tara were upfront about their hourly rate - which is totally reasonable, and they scheduled us quickly, understanding the urgency of our situation. Every day the solar wasn't working was another day we were paying full price with PG&E. They also went above and beyond by addressing an annoying flickering light that had been driving us nuts for a year.
