Dave and Jordan Gardner did a fantastic job of mitigating a complex radon situation in our large home. Radon levels in our crawl space room and sump pump room went from 17.0 to 1.0 in a day! Great guys to work with! Highly recommend!

In March-2023, I bought an Airthings IAQ/Radon monitoring device. In a nutshell, Radon levels vary on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; so a short term test seemed like a waste of time. My radon levels were recorded daily, weekly and monthly for over 3 months. I had many periods where my levels were over the EPA action level of 4 pCi/L; sometimes in the 7-8 pCi/L range. This bothered me so I called a few mitigation companies, and I was very impressed with Jordan from Gardner. He came out, and together we walked through my entire property; we brainstormed on where the best location for my system would be, etc. In the end, I hired Gardner Environmental Services. They are a family business, and they came out, installed my system in about 5 hours, and after 2 days, for the first time ever, my radon levels are below 1pCi/L (0.5). I am so happy that I hired Gardner. They listen to their customers; Jordan is very knowledgeable; and their mitigation system installations work! My only regret is I wish I would have done this 10, 20 or 30 years ago! I'm relieved that I no longer have to live in a home with high radon concentrations, and I owe a big Thanks to Gardner Environmental; a company that treats you with respect!
