I called to find out information about some immunizations that I need. The woman that picked up the phone in the immunization department was rude and tried to belittle me. I was trying to explain to her my situation and that it’s a lot. I even said “sorry it’s just a lot, I’m trying to get this figured out.” And then she hung up on me. You never know what people are going through. All I needed was a little bit of help and I got off the phone feeling very small. And this isn’t the first time I have witnessed unprofessional, rude, and nasty attitudes. AVOID coming here if you can.

They are incompetent. They will charge for services and then have you come back because someone forgot to submit a sample or turned in a sample they knew was not sufficient for testing, both of which has happened to me. Calling to schedule an appointment if you have a life is laughable because you will wait and probably not ever get through. No bedside manner. The physicians I saw were snide and condescending and I am traumatized by their way of conducting blood draws because again, no bedside manner. They're more gentle at the nail salon. I read the other reviews. Someone's got to be getting compensated for those or it's not the same health department.

To say this place is an utter joke would be giving it more credit than it deserves. Sure, they have a sliding pay scale but you would be better off going to a more professional doctor's office for the same amount you'd be spending at this dump every two months they want you back. In fact, this place is such a nasty dump that the first time I went there my oldest son cut himself on their counter (a counter where people just stand there). Gross, this place is gross. Left voicemails with my doctor in reference to having my prescription refilled but have had no call back in days. They had me on 100mg of Zoloft and apparently it isn't that big of a deal to them to get back with me when I've stated numerous times my prescription is to run out. Nah, it's cool. It'll just mess with my brain and get me all outta whack. The first time I went there they completely lacked any decent communication skills and apparently this place is for people who literally have absolutely no where else to go. By all means, try anywhere else though. They have no regards to their patients.

Wow - this place is a DISASTER/DUMP! Please avoid at all costs. First, the staff are NOT professional, look down on people, talk about people behind the reception desks( for everyone to hear), Second, wait times are a mess, third, they speak to you in a downward manner as if they are superior (better) than the folks/community they serve. Also, I literally heard the nurses talking about past patients in the reception area while I was waiting to be seen (which never happened), talking to each other about their problems and laughing! I mean, wow (!) what about HIPAA laws? I was so disgusted that I just walked out.

PLEASE AVOID - save the HEADACHE!!!!!

The only redeeming quality of the pharmacy are the low prices. The staff is rude and slow, and they've been that way for years. Currently I am waiting for my medicine and the staff has not called a single person to gwtthwir medicine in an hour. If I didn't HAVE to come here, I wouldn't.

I really haven't had any problems with the health department besides them just being a little slow at times. Other than that the staff are really friendly. The midwives and nurses were very sweet. Thanks them I have my little bundle of joy
