I recently used two departments of Gault electric to do some much needed work in my house. The first area was to upgrade my old electric panel. The second area was to install 2 mini-splits, and the system into my house that had no central air conditioning or heat. With just a crawl space and no attic, it would be impossible for me to install any ductwork. I had a couple other contractors recommend them as well, and they are top rated on the VA. Better Business Bureau site. The installation was seamless for the mini split system, because I tied it in with the same company for the electrical panel upgrade. I received confirmations and text messages prior to their arrival, and exactly as expected, on the day of installation, everyone showed up just as they should. David and Josh on the electrical side did a fantastic job installing the panel and checking the wiring under my house. They even provided me with some pictures of what it looked like with how the wires are running. Along with that, they were able to install the circuit and connection needed for my new heating and air conditioning system. While all the panel work was going on, the guys were there installing the units and the piping necessary to add in air conditioning and heat to my small home. Dalton, Daniel and their team worked tirelessly to make this system happen in my oddly shaped rooms and ceilings. Once they were done they took the time to go over how the whole system worked, and to make sure I didn't have any questions. This was just a great bunch of guys that were working in my house, pretty much all day. Thet were so enjoyable to talk with and to watch them work. They truly do seem to care about what they do, and to enjoy it as well.

The pricing was clear and to the point, along with payment options. Their office folks (Rhonda) was always so nice when I would call to set up something else I needed or to make a payment. Thank you all for everything you have done to make my home my "forever" home!

I recently had Gault Electric handle the electrical work for my 220 amp hot tub installation, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Gabe and his apprentice Johnny did an excellent job! They were incredibly respectful of my home, making sure everything was clean and tidy as they worked. They also installed a 60 amp breaker efficiently and made sure the job was done right. UPDATE!
All is well! Gault has done a magnificent job on my 10,530 watt Solar Panels, 10kw Battery Backup, and 22kw Generac Generator. The 10kw Battery Backup was the best thing I ever did. It gives such a great buffer between the generator and your electric grid for short outages and it will extend your fuel on your generator for longer outages. Thanks guys!

Johnny and Joshua came out to help with an electrical issue in my home that had been ongoing for some time — multiple eyes had been on it but could not figure out what was wrong. Took them about three hours but they were extremely thorough and explained the process and all steps that they took, made sure to keep me in the loop and explained things so that I could understand. I am in a tough spot financially and Johnny offered to send along my information to the office for financing which was a huge help. The guys were both really nice and conversational, made sure to ask permission before entering my home and made me feel very comfortable with their respectful and communicative service.
