3 people tell me 3 different things costing me a month's of internet payment. They care more about the fine print than the customer. No communication. Not happy with my service, but GCI doesn't care.

Whatever you do, do NOT use the 800-800-4800 number...you will be transferred from one non-english speaking person to another, and when they do finally talk to you, their phone connection is so crappy, it keeps cutting out..what a POS!!!

I paid for two months for a prepaid plan for 25 dollars a month on May 27 its June 11th the phone is already cut off when you call gci to ask what's going on I can barely understand what they are saying because they can barely speak English gci's customer service is in a different country by the way they talk, they've done this before when I paid for a plan the cell phone service was cut off early so I called consumer protection they did an excellent job in helping me.

store customer service (wasilla , Ak) is fantastic! Always friendly and great people working in this store! The recent tech that came out was awesome and super helpful!

On Feb 25th money was taken out of my account for a service they could not do. I live too far from the hook up. I requested my money back, it has been just about a month and I still have not received my money back. I keep getting the run around. This is not a professional way to run a business, it has cost me time and a lot of aggravation to say the least.

The was horrible when I returned our box, no questions asked why Maybe they already knew that had poor wifi service...and didn't want to ask while other people were in yhe store. But yes the wifi was down more than it was up so we cancelled the service!! Our starlink and MTA for the win!!
