GDF has made their best efforts to assist me in any issue I’ve had.
As a disabled vet with a service animal, they have accommodated my journey forward.
I been with Gdf for about 4 years now. Looking forward to some new windows soon. Thank you Gdf for allowing a VET to grow again.

Worst apartment ever!!!! Mold, roach infested and poor maintenance. There are no cabinets in the kitchen to store anything and the windows can be pulled out and put back in making it easy to break in and not even know someone broke into your apartment. Also the maintenance guy lives in a shed/garage next door to the apartments and doesn't do any maintaing of the property. Water was supposed to be included but the water supply was shut off because the owner owed 1900 and no we're stuck to pay the bill if we want the water back on. DONOT MOVE HERE!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!!!!!!

Living at GDF properties for four years Has been a pleasure and a blessing. Maintenance requests are usually done on time, and any appliances that need to be changed out are do so without any fuss. The property is constantly maintained and manicured. My only complaint , of course, is rising rent every year. Nevertheless, the staff is very helpful and responsive. I’ll definitely recommend living here for those of you who are looking for a safe place to live.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! Avoid leasing with this company at all cost!!! They will lie to you and let you live in mold riddled apartments and backed up sewage for WEEKS. Learned the hard way. When you try to leave early they will ignore you and avoid you so they can file an eviction and steal more money from you. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. and make sure you have an attorney.

I’ve been living in this complex for about 10 years, before Gdf properties took over with the new renovations. Special shout outs to Jose who is the most friendliest person that ever worked for this company. No matter what issues you’re having, whenever you call he tries his hardest to resolve it for you while maintaining great customer service. Also special thanks to Winston the maintenance guy he’s the best!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS! They will never answer their phones they expect every communication / work order / concern to be addressed via email. Which conveniently enough they answer 1 email per day. Maintenance men are homeless strung out/ drunks that have absolutely no clue what they are doing.
They charge late fees even though you pay on time.
Rented a unit with literal maggots in the fridge.
Mold in ac units that they do not maintenance.
I mean the list can go on and on .
I’m writing this to save someone from the misery I’ve dealt with this “ property management company “ which I honestly think must be a front or money laundering going on because you will never actually meet anyone in person or speak to them on the phone. I made a huge mistake moving here please spare yourself.

I have lived in their apartments for 2 years and it is a very nice place I recommend that if you are going to move, you come and see the GDF properties since they are quite comfortable, spacious and clean.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Impossible to get in contact with someone in charge. Horrible living conditions, mold in apartments, bad plumbing, bad maintenance, everything is bad in general. I have been trying my best to get in contact with somebody who can do something and it seems to be impossible, please avoid this company in general they are horrible
