I had an incredible experience with this car repair service! From start to finish, they went above and beyond. The customer service was exceptional—everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and truly cared about making sure I was satisfied. They kept me updated every step of the way, sending calls and texts to let me know how things were progressing.

Atrocious communication, they wont call you at all to tell you whats going on with your vehicle. Take your business to better customer service.

Edit: Blatant lie, Edward has never spoken to me, I just had some body walk me around my vehicle and be irate and tell me how poor it was. My wheel well was improperly installed and got torn up. Poor quality

Gerber was the perfect choice for my repair! They made the entire process so easy and convenient. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and the car rental company. They helped me fix things that were unrelated to my insurance claim and they even cleaned my car! It looks and feels brand new again. Highly recommend!

I have been to this Gerber location a few times now. The first time was after my daughter was in an accident and they were so fantastic to deal with!! Gerber was a great to work with. Jami made it very easy to communicate with Any questions or concerns I was able to get answered quickly and they were always one step ahead. I loved having the link to check on the status of the car. I know these things take time so it was nice to get real time updates during the process. My car looks amazing! They did a great job. Truly great service from start to finish. Initially calling for an appointment was easy along with receiving the estimate for the work to replace a cracked mirror. Installation was very easy to wait for my repair. Great follow through too. Would recommend them to anyone.
