No easy way to disconnect, I tried 2 weeks in advance. Geus says they send email, but I have no record of this. Now they want to charge for equipment, when I am in another state.

People live pay check to pay check. Sometimes pay day is the day after the bill is due. Yet this company feels that even though you pay every month, owe them nothing that they can charge you an extra 80 dollars a month because of it! Lights are on,bills are payed, nothing owed. just a punishment for not being able to pay on the exact day. I can't even imagine how it is for those who are really struggling. Shameful greedy pigs!

Absolutely horrible. I’m going to the next public meeting to voice my complaints towards this company.
If anyone wants to know, this is the best place to call if you want to get cussed out over the phone and get called stupid. I’ll see you all at the meeting 🙂

Literally the worst ISP company to exist. I’ve been with them now for 5 days, 2 separate outages have happened for over 12 hours each. In 5 days my internet has been down for over a full day.

When you call support they have no idea what’s going on, they have no updates no ETA to fix or anything. As someone in this field if I was to allow 12+ hour outages to happen with no updates or ETAs I wouldn’t have a job. This is beyond pathetic.

Due to them being the only provider for this area I can’t switch either. I cant prove this but either GEUS or someone from this apartment complex is blocking other ISPs from entering (yes I’ve requested the complex to add the second ISP). There is a second ISP quite literally 30 yards away.
