We used their plumbing services. The plumber we had named Dylan was fantastic. The reason for the 1 star is the fact that I’ve been charged for the services but I’ve not been given an invoice. I called to ask for the invoice and had to leave a voicemail to which I received no response nor did I get an invoice after leaving said voicemail. I’m happy to pay a bill, however it is an appalling business practice to charge customers and not have an invoice to reference what you’re being charged for. Also this is not the first time I’ve had to chase an invoice from them. Well this will certainly be the last time.

Had a great experience with one of the plumbers named Reinhold. He was very abrupt and intense, but he completed the job very fast and efficiently. Apparently, my existing laundry drain was garbage and not up to code, so he ripped it out and replaced it faster than you can say "Scheiße in meine hose". At the end of the job he sang me a traditional German folk song and then I signed the bill. Definitely calling back again for any plumbing issues in the future 10/10.

What an amazing company to work with. Needed emergency drain service at home and they were here within an hour to help. All other companies were not available for 3 days !! Service was very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend vs. calling around and trying others. They are experts at what they do.

Very expensive service call. I called Drain-all-Ltd (Roto-Rooter) for clogged kitchen drain. The plumber fixed the issue in an hour but charged me for 3 hours (375/-) (minimum 2 hours plus traveling 1 hour). The dispatcher claimed that he informed me about the minimum 2 hours and travelling which he never did. All he said was 95/- per an hour charge. If you call them, make sure you are aware of their minimum charge and travelling policy.

The plumber solved the problem and worked hard to do it. He was very grumpy, but we all have days that are not our best. Also left a trail of broken and damaged items that now have to be repaired.

He came in masked as per COVID requirements then proceeded to take it off and did not put it back on. Unacceptable.

I will never use RotoRooter again when there are enough other capable competitors who will respect my family, health and company policies.

Great experience dealing with Kevin and the crew over at Drain-All. Their quick response time to a sever sewer blockage put both mine and my client's mind at ease. Definitely a great company to call in for backup, and would recommend to all young and up and coming plumbing company owners in the area!

Richard Reise was a first class plumber. Thought I had a backed up drain issue, turns out to be a major AC condensate leak from the next room over. Richard was very informative with suggestions. NO CHARGE for the call, which I thought was more than fair and reasonable. Thanks again Richard!

Greg and Gavin came to fix a problem with my faucet. Turned out it was an embarrassingly easy fix. They decided the visit would be no charge. I can’t tell how rare that is in this day and age. Roto Rooter will be my go-to plumbers now.
