Every person on staff is so kind, helpful and proficient!! We are a family of 6 and Giant of Haymarket, VA is my #1 favorite grocery shopping experience in the entire area. This store has fresh produce, all the items I ever need and super clean!! Can we add safe too!! From the pharmacy, to the bakery, to the meat department, floral, cashiers, managers, Starbucks staff etc., ALL absolutely wonderful!! Thank you for your excellence in caring for our community!!

I’ve attached a photo of the balloon that has officially lasted 4 years and counting! lol obviously, we didn’t expect it to last this long BUT it has! Thanks Giant for the gift that keeps giving.

The cashier needs to be trained not to pick on the customer to greet them. He's clearly a high school student but who cares. His manager needs to be watching them at all times. That's why I get nervous not to say anything.

Clean well organized possible to get some customer service, on a rare occasion you'll find expired food. And most everything is considerably more expensive than the same thing you can get a few miles down the street at Walmart. But here I guess you're paying for atmosphere and maybe a little better customer service.

But Giant food would definitely have fresher meat selection and the last time I compared their expiration date on products is much further out than things at Walmart, except I have found expired stuff there before.

Just take bread for example giant's bread will last a lot longer than Walmart bread before it gets moldy

The customer service at this Giant are incredibly rude and discriminating. They have a very rude way of talking and they interrupt you even when you’re talking. I had an incident where I had to get a refund and I was trying to explain why but instead of listening this man interrupted me and not only that but he also started shouting rather rudely at me. At the end, I couldn’t even get my refund. I don’t understand what gave the nerve for this man to do this.
