This is the second time I've had an opportunity to work with Gilbert Consulting. Previously, I worked with Keith Gilbert and was very happy to close a position in short order.
Jim Kozich, with whom I worked, this last opportunity, has a very unique attribute. One which is difficult to find in most placement organizations, however, I believe is instilled in all Gilbert Consulting representatives and that is communication. I never had to put effort into "chasing down" Jim, for company insight, feedback, progression, etc. Jim was always pro-active in providing to me any/all information required to move the opportunity to fruition.

The worst recruiters in the country! never trust them; the recruiters don't tell the truth about companies. Why? The recruiter called me and explained about a new opportunity and the company. After couple interviews and phone screenings, the company offered me the job and I accepted. After I gave the notice to my former employer, GSC's recruiter called me several times and asked me to don't tell the name of the company to my former boss or co-workers! later I understood why! because my boss knew about the mismanagement on the new company and GSC wanted to hide all realities. Second, after I started the job, I found out GSC hasn't closed the job! I called and ask my recruiter and he said " sorry I forgot an will do shortly!" but he never did! that was a big red flag for me but unfortunately was too late. absolutely that was a conspiracy between GSC and the company to bring people and destroy their futures. Third, recruiter explained a lot of good things about the company and the job but after I started, saw different things; completely opposite of things I heard from the recruiter. GSC is a non-professional and dishonest recruiter; never trust to them if you concern about your future. They just think about their money, mislead and fool you. I suggest, just hang on your phone whenever the GCS recruiters call you!

Kely is the consummate professional. She contacted me and made me aware of an opportunity to take a position with a company that would move us closer to the wife's family. She included my wife in the process and kept us informed, provided critical information to help me decide if I wanted to pursue the opportunity, and then walked me through the whole process.
